i cant get the free delivery to work:(

spent £21.40

it took off the £20

leaving £1.40 to pay but has applied £3.95 postage
no option for free delivery

any ideas?

still a bargain
but if i dont need to pay delivery all the better

i have tried 4 times and when i view my basket it comes up in german or something???!!!

I've added my adress but still comes up in german and showing nothing on my basket...

I ordered yersterday, no problem. My order was below £20 and I had about 3 options for postage including the free one. Order is being sent out today, so will have a lovely new T shirt for my holiday and a Christmas present for someone too :T

Change the country at the bottom of the screen on the homepage (drop down)

The delivery was free last night when using the code but today has an added line about how if you use the code then delivery now gets added on (so its either £20 off or free delivery) On the brightside the code takes off delivery too... i got mine down to a 30p spend...lets hope its honoured! lol

well am confused.com....its still coming up in a different language that i dont understand and i have gone to my adress details and put it all in as advised but the page you enter the code comes up different language??!!!
