When I spoke to them they said they know there is a problem with the site and are working on fixing it - you should get free postage and the code to work but it's got a glitch, they don't know when it'll be fixed but they said if you send an email complaint they can reply as soon as it's working again! Hope that helps.Wins so far:

If you look at the thread on the freebies board it seems the minimum is now £40 spend to be able to use the £20 voucher.
