Argos refund warning - plse take note

There was a good reason as you have been told on the other thread you have created
Actually if it's not of satisfactory quality, she should receive a refund.
The thing about the box not being perfect is rubbish, Argos are trying it on or rather the Manager is.
I would try to get it to a different Argos somehow, it all depends who you speak to, some people will help andsome won't, experienced it myself quite dramatically (in trying to end a contract with an internet provider which had reached the end of its term anyway believe it or not).0 -

At no point did the OP say it wasn't of satisfactory quality other than to say it wasnt suitable in high winds, something Argos mentioned in their literature ergo they covered themselves on that point.
The return was entirely at the discretion of Argos however it now seems Argos has had a rethink and according to the OP (in spite of a certain cynicism by other members of the forum) has now had a refund, still entirely at the discretion of Argos
