Quidco & Vodafone... good at giving cashback?

Hi,

Just to let you know, we have been dealing directly with Vodafone to obtain payment for those of you with older transactions. The issue here is around some older batches of validated untracked earnings enquiries. The stats on our site are based on actual transactions that have tracked naturally, as this process is much more automated within Vodafone's affiliate network.

The administration of earnings enquiries is more manual and this is what has caused the hold-up here. We are frustrated when this type of delay occurs but Vodafone are as keen to sort this out as we are and I can assure you that we are working very hard to bring an end to this for you as soon as possible.

I don't normally post on threads other than the official Quidco one and I will not be able to respond on here again, but I did just want to clarify the situation as regards the cashback side of things. I am sorry for the distress and frustration that this issue is causing but, as always we are on the case for you.

As per my own thread on the same topic, I eventually received notification that Quidco received the payment from Vodafone yesterday. :j


So maybe the backlog is being unjammed ?????

My quidco account is now showing as recieved from Vodafone £0.00 as of yesterday for a £150 cashback outstanding since April. Does anyone know if this means I will be seeing this £150 soon???

Another here who ordered a 12 month SIM contract from Vodafone. Initially there was no tracking and had to wait (i think it was 90 days) before I could raise a query. £100 was then tracked and validated and I've been waiting ever since.

I'm sure I've read elsewhere (Quidco community) that these payments from November 2009 were being processed at the end of this month. I'll not hold my breath.
