I need some of this weightloss mojo! Being ill for nearly a flippin' month and not being able to run, plus comfort eating to make myself feel 'better' have caused me to put weight on, ditto influx of hormones from contraceptive device. Dating a tall, skinny man is not easy when you are feeling fat!

I can't afford to do any formal diets, but may get my WW books out and have a go at that.

i've got a few jars nearly empty in the fridge but they all have writing on the lids, so won't be any good to give as gifts. But will be ok as a practice batch.

I'm off to bed now night
