    I ordered two mugs, one beginning of November, the other the end of Nov. No sign.

    Any ideas? I think an email needs to be written. :/

    I have sent them numerous emails since december and had no reply so good luck!
    Need a new start..wheres good to live in the UK?!

    Dont worry about your items that you ordered. mine are coming in dribs and drabs. The t towels I ordered in Ocotober came this morning, the milk jug ordered at same time time came last week. I am now waiting on 2 bowls, I recived an email telling me they would be late but they would come.

    Did anyone else choose to exchange an out of stock item from the last giveaway?

    They emailed me a couple of weeks ago to see if I would like to exchange a bowl for an item from the new range. I emailed back straight away but haven't received the item or any confirmation that they received my request.

    Has anyone got an email or the item from them yet?

    Thank you for the starter codes chris n tj . Realised that had some left codes from first time round so will put on this forum if some left over before deadline. Didn't receive all the bowls I ordered but I am keeping the faith!!
