free kitchen goodies with cravendale milk

Well, I've finally, finally received out teapot.
Brilliant.
One issue - the lid does not fit.
ARRRHHH!!!

No matter how much twisting or jiggling the damn pot or lid, it will not go on.
Even tried heating the pot up with hot water to see if that will make a difference. Nope.

It looks like the pot lip is too thick for the little notch at the front on the lid.

How do I go about getting a replacement - if that's at all possible? Do they have a customer service dept I can contact?

My 2 bowls were broken and the customer serivce girls were brilliant. They sent out replacements straight away and i received them within a week.

I will look out the phone number i used and post it for you.

I ordered four bowls, two sets of tea towels and a milk jug and I have only had one bowl ... bit disappointed

Dont give up hope I just recived this email about my milk jug. I do have other things on order which I expect will arrive once they have stock.

I received an email a week ago telling me my jug was due to be delivered soonish. It arrived saturday so they are still coming!

Just got my Teapot :j and it is lovely
I sent for it back in November
I haven't had any information about jug and bowel
I sent for O well one out of three

:wave: Just received teapot yesterday undamaged thankfully. I don't think it will be very easy to use but sits quite nicely on my display shelf - I know gathering dust I think it was ordered sometime in January. Haven't had to wait too long. Just waiting for teatowels now.

Hope you all receive your orders very soon. It won't be long before the new collection starts in March.
