I'm just waiting on my cookie mug now, but I ordered it ages ago so I don't have high hopes of receiving it now (received something recently that I ordered after the cookie mug).

Me and the rest of the household have lost count of how many things we're waiting for. I think its a teapot, 2 bowls, a jug , spoons and 2 sets of tea towels! Sent for much of it back in November!

A bit annoyed to see they have shut down the collection and ordering on the initial collection with points not transferable. I thought I had enough codes for 1 more item but they've gone now. I wonder if the codes i've not entered will work on the collectables 2 in March?

For all those still waiting, dont give up hope! I ordered another tumbler quite a while ago (but perhaps not as long ago as 12 weeks!) and it turned up today.

Some items may have had more demand, so may take longer!

I got both my tumblers through OK and they are quite nice for a freebie. I'm happy with them and with the towels. Can't wait to see what is in the new collection and to get collecting. They have jars in the picture on the website and people have talked here about jars? I'd love those stripy ones, I think they'd look great in my kitchen.

How did you guys know what they are doing - I did their questionnaire thing months ago but didn't know what they were planning on offering for this year?
