    hi i got the email and chose new items then 6 weeks later the items from the milk matters 1 came not the ones i chose

    For some reason there seems to be a shortage of the right bottles up here these days, we just get the ones with the ordinary labels on. Wonder why there is such a disparity, you'd think all areas would have the same thing.

    Apparently the milk jug I ordered yonks ago is on it's way. Just waiting on 2 mugs from the last lot now.

    Well... I have received my first Cravendale item (ordered in November) and it arrived broken. It was a nice little milk jug but there are 2 large chips on the top edge. I will have to email them and then I expect I will have to package it up and take it to the post office. These Cravendale goodies are turning out to be more trouble than they are worth!
