I'm having some problems signing in - there is a message saying that 'we could not find a user for these details' even though I'm positive I've entered the correct details.
I've clicked on the password reminder but haven't had an email from them yet.
I'm worried I might have lost my 10 codes, is there anyone I can contact to help me?0 -

Glad to see it is getting on other peoples nerves as well I thought I was being a bit unreasonable at first.............................................
It does take an age for them to come but had our first lot delivered this week, 1 pack of tea towels yeah they are tea towels
3 bowls which are a really nice size perfect for the choldrens ready brek now winter is on the way brrrrrrrrrr
Still outstanding 1 pack of spoon and just ordered today 3 tumblers as well so they should turn up sometime over the next 4 weeks, another few weeks and will order 3 cups then tea towels and spoons until it ends.
Not botheres about the teapot we do use a teapot in our house but TBH I think it looks a bit tackyI am not a beige person:D0 -
I really want to save for the teapot, it looks cool does anyone know what its like quality wise cos i have 12 points is it worth it or go for something else? (oh im not asking for any codes lol)0

i have had a pretty rough day, never seen this before and it has cheered me up no end.
the amount of time and effort people are going to get vouchers, even bin raiding. But I think even that is topped by people moaning that they cant get any freebies cus they dont buy milk!
Anyway there is a guarenteed way of getting almost unlimited unique codes, it seems about 30% of forum members have figured it out too!0 -
Oh no! I just input the code from my milk label....and it says not valid.....ay? Don't know how anyine could have put it in b4 me....very unusual:p0

Fruitcake, look really closely at the code. Sometimes it is hard to see the digits. Some numbers and letters look similar when the little dots aren't clear. Hope this helps.0

Would agree with wonderbetty there, the M and N can look the same, so can the K and X. Depending on how the are written the dots can be quite distorted too (stretched to one side) If you still have no joy, call the help line as they have helped others who's codes were not accepted.:)0
