just looked at a label and it says offer closes 1st febuary 2011 but further back in the thread there has been talk of a survey for next years goodies, i havent come across this survey yet but really hope it carrys on

I'll just be happy to receive one of my items in one piece................so far all three have arrived in pieces!!

I have emailed them again today............whilst I appreciate that they cannot be accountable for the Royal Mail service, surely this must be a packaging issue??

Anyone else had this problem??

I have stayed away from this thread because of all the dam right cheeky "beggars" OMG as I said in an earlier post it is milk everyone buys milk for go*s sake!!!!!!!!

Glad to see it is getting on other peoples nerves as well I thought I was being a bit unreasonable at first.............................................

It does take an age for them to come but had our first lot delivered this week, 1 pack of tea towels yeah they are tea towels

3 bowls which are a really nice size perfect for the choldrens ready brek now winter is on the way brrrrrrrrrr

Still outstanding 1 pack of spoon and just ordered today 3 tumblers as well so they should turn up sometime over the next 4 weeks, another few weeks and will order 3 cups then tea towels and spoons until it ends.

Not botheres about the teapot we do use a teapot in our house but TBH I think it looks a bit tacky

My bowl arrived this morning. It was just over 4 weeks since I ordered it. Nice quality. Waiting for the milk jug now!

Just popped in to say I've ordered 2 biscuit mugs and a jug, YAH by the other replies looks like Ill have to wait a few weeks , took part in next years survey, like the sound of the latte mug.

Thanks for all the support and advice given, just going to order the t-towels next, when I've ordered those I will have spare codes and will give them out.

I received a bowl that was broken, the packaging was shocking. Emailed them asking whether I could get another sent or should I carry on saving codes for a new one and they asked me to return the bowl to them using a freepost address with my details and have just received my replacement - much better packed this time. Very happy with their customer service:T

Just recieved my jug, its really lovely!:j. like it much more thn the mug. Agree with others about the packaging, just a small single layer cardboard box, im very lucky it came in one piece! Such a shame about all the broken ones people are getting.

The tea towels are great too, really nice presentation tied up with gingham braiding..Ive popped that into my sewing box for future use for something!
