Two bowls came broken, but the lady on the other end of the phone at Cravendale was lovely. I returned my broken ones and just over a week later I received two better packed ones. So if yuo have any broken ones, just give them a ring. They are really great at customer service. Well done Cravendale x

I have now sent for another bowl and a milk jug. Saving now for the teaspoons and teatowels.

  • my teapot arrived today - it looks much nicer than the image on the website! the transfer 'cravendale' name is a little wonky! but what the heck! do i use it, or keep it boxed as a future collectable!!!!!!

On the images I have seen the pirate (holding a telescope) is the spout. The cow is the handle.

Either way, I think it looks awful, so do a lot of other people commenting on forums I have seen.

I do apologise, the cow is the handle and the Pirate is the Spout. The handle looks great while the tea-pot generally is pretty poor design. I was getting confused with the film 'A Town Called Panic' which has a horse character. This film is from the animators of the Cravendale adverts and really worth a look.

Got the teaspoons this morning so all of the first order arrived safely, seems bizarre they dont send it out all together must be costing them an arm and a leg in postage..............
