OH no they don't. Not that I've had problems with them myself, but every single year I've heard of people having problems getting their ticket delivered on time from all of the major ticket companies. It's not as simple as being a case of See are just a rubbish or dodgy company, all the companies have some problems. You could argue that, given the number of tickets to be distributed and the fact the event organisers do not provide the companies with the tickets until the very last minute in an attempt to help prevent touting, it's almost a statistical inevitability that some people will experience problems, no matter who they have bought from.
ETA I am in no way suggesting this situation is right or good, but that's the way it is.0 -
Surely the measure of a good company is not whether things do/don't go wrong, but what said company does to rectify the problem.
My understanding was that everybody who bought a ticket for Leeds from them, got one. Whether they collected them at Leeds or got them in the post. I can partly sympathise with See in some respects. They don't receive tickets from then promoter until very close to the event and as a result, have a very small window in which to fix problems.
They've had a problem, they've gone out and fixed it. There are thousands of companies out there who deal with issues far less effectively.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I think the problem is because all the tickets are sold by independent people, who are the ones failing the deliver the tickets.
Plus, they are charging a fortune!
I think you are confusing See tickets (who are a primary seller like Ticketmaster) with companies like Seatwave (who are secondary market sellers).0 -
I have also used Seetickets on a fairly regular basis over the last few years and touch wood have had no problems with them so far. I have had problems with Ticketline and their festival ticket delivery arrangements, I try not to buy from Ticketmaster as they charge higher fees than some of the other companies.0

If you are a complete muppet who is unable to look after a couple of tickets for a few weeks or months then just put box office collection when you buy them!
I have just read that they still haven't sent out thousands of Muse tickets
for Wembley next week, unbelievable!
If Ticketmaster get it right every time then I salute them as the only company in the history of the world that has managed to get it right every time. If you can prove that they've never had a customer complaint then I'll change my opinion of you based on your last quote. Until then I'll consider your views as s***e!!!If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -

Another clueless muppet who has probably never been to a gig so consider what you want.
Go on any music forum and you will see several posts dedicated to how bad See tickets are at sending out tickets.0 -
Let it go!!! You have a problem with See but I don't see how you can get people to change their personal opinions based on their own experience by asking them to read about other people's! You can google any company going and get bad reviews, however most people will deal with said company without a problem.
I have used See loads of times and never had a problem - I don't for one second believe they are perfect - but when I have ordered tickets I've always got them. So an internet crusader telling me to check out a facebook page isn't going to make me think they are rubbish0 -
When dealing with companies like this, one bad experience is enough!
They sent me two (with very expensive booking fees, though that wasn't the problem) tickets to a theatre (booked as 2 together), which were separated by one seat (eg. Row D seats 19 & 21).
I immediately contacted them on receipt and pointed out their mistake, they agreed an error had been made, and their solution??
Use the tickets and ask the person in D 20 to move up a seat! (Why should our evening be spoilt with the stress of solving their problem?)Eventually after much hassle and escalation they did send replacement tickets seated adjacent.
Any decent company who's business is to sell tickets would have immediately seen their responsibility and resolved their mistake, not throw it back to the customer to solve.0 -
I have used See Tickets once, and once too many times!
Tickets were bought 8 months in advance and never arrived. I was told they would be at the venue. I went to the box office on the day of the show and no record of my booking. In the end I got some other tickets.
I got my money back from my credit card and reported this shower of scumbags to Nottingham trading standards, who said they were already investigating this company!!
