  • Hello again ladies :) I'm back. Went for 12 week scan last week to find no heartbeat :(. As it's my 3rd mc we're being referred for testing - got GP appointment soon so he can refer us. Not sure if it will find anything seeing as we already have our son, but worth a try I think.

Not strictly TTC at the moment but need somewhere to post so thought I'd head back here :o xxxx

Keza, sorry the trip to the docs was not what you hoped for and that you get an answer soon.

Oh ali, Im so sorry for you. 3 must be horrendous for you. Hope the tests find something nice and easy that you can get sorted, I have heard half a paracetamol every day makes a difference, no idea why though. Hugs! xx

    Morning Everyone!
Hope everyone is well and had a lovely weekend :)
Back to work this morning for me after a lovely, relaxed week off which included Birthday and anniversary celebrations so of course lots of cake!
Trying to get back into a routine this week and have bought a load of healthy food to keep me sustained.
Still staying chilled about TTC this month, am quite enjoying it and think it may be the way forward. We had said we wouldn't force ourselved to BD just coz we knew what CD it was, and we really didn't, however saying this we still managed it 4 times in 7 days but it was through choice rather than necessity IYKWIM?
Anyhoo should be working on this huge pile that has built up over my leave.

Congratulations on BFP's and hugs to all those who need them

Anyway PMA! Still no af but had spotting yesterday (I think anyway) nothing of any consequence really, (TMI) not red at all, just light brown when I wiped. So no idea if af coming or what??
It could be on its way, otherwise random spotting/rough BD/implantation?:p

    ((HUGS)) Ali!

Here's hoping that whatever is causing the problems can be resolved very quickly, and that the next beanie makes it to full term with absolutely no problems! xx

Finally found the courage to email one of my closest friends to tell her how I really feel about some things. I've been bottling it up for too long, and it causes me to resent her and stay angry. So, although I'm terrified, I've found the courage to let her know how I was feeling and why etc, so that the air can be cleared and we can move on. Also invited her to tell me anything that she is holding onto and wants to get off her chest.

Now I just have to wait for the response.

You take your temp every morning at the same time, without moving or getting up, before going to the wc etc.

Once you ov, the temp rises, and stays up until AF.
So it's good for knowing when to stop BD (3 days after ov), not good for predicting when you'll ov.

Here's my chart if you want to have a lookie:http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/286900
    FertilityFriend is free:)

To know when to BD (before ov) you need to check your cm, some has swollen v a g i n a around ov and/or use OPKs:cool: IC OPKs are cheap on Amazon:
