Woohoo!!! But how on earth do you know you're oving so far in advance?!? I soooooo hope this is it for you hun xxx
Obviously I'll be checking with CBFM & IC OPKs nearer the time:pI am 5ft 6, curvy with big bossums as my hubs likes to call em! i'm a hippy always wearing beads and flowers etc! ditzy and slight chaotic in my approach to life!!!i'm being quite positive although had some tears last night during a chat with hubs because this june it has been two years since we started. What we didn't know was that i had an overactive thyroid so spent 18 months sorting that. so really its only been two months we have been able to properly try and when I am sure I am ovulating. But still i thought we would have a little one by now.
It will happen soon:)JennyJewell wrote: »He was chuckling down the phone saying he would be very shocked and that the coil is 99.9 % protective.twas mex
Evening, I was naughty and tested this evening, firstly think im far too early still even with first response and also wasnt FMU. BfN as a result .... Think I need to sit this one out until sunday now. I defo feel pregnant.when I was done it came up with 'thanks for donating your donation has paid for two igloos for elderly cats to sleep in!' quite appropriate for an 80th and even more when you think his mog lives in the airing cupboard!!May have slipped up tonight, the bottle of vino was calling me!! I'm half way down the second glass and the bottle seems deliciously empty!! Ah well.JennyJewell wrote: »Jen151 I'm gonna do home pregnancy tests over weekendMorning ladies, think AF is on her way as I'm getting pains this morning and it looks like it's arriving 3 days earlyTested again this morning bfn! I knew it would be though, don't even know why I tested. Maybe Smash was right and I havent ov'd yet??QQ - are you travelling? (or BDing...?) Hope you're ok xx
Have you got a headache? and I said 'No, I've got b!tch ache.'
Do you think you ov'd on CD26?
Massive bag of PMA sent your way:)Loopylaura wrote: »What do you guys say when people ask when you're going to have kids (or another one for those with one already)? Sorry, only NMA here today
taken the afternoon off and am gonna go sit in the sun and do a bit of shopping too, as it's payday.
Laura - when people ask me, I just say 'when we're ready'. That seems to satisfy most people, or at least make them think twice about asking all the time. Not entirely sure which, but I don't care. Lol. I have a few close friends and family members that I talk to about it, and that's plenty xxFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Hey ladies
(((hugs to smash & euro)))I had a scan, and the follicle (the bag containing the eggy) was 13mm. It grows about 2mm/day, and it releases the egg (ov) at around 20mm. I'll be around 19mm on Sunday:cool:
Obviously I'll be checking with CBFM & IC OPKs nearer the time:p
sounds good QQ fingers crossed xx
Laura thankfully i dont' get asked that question really. OH & i are not married that could be why. All but one of my friends aren't broody types at all, don't have any sisters just 3 bros, and my mum is a sweetheart and its not her style to be asking that anyway as much as i know she'd secretly love it.
now that i know how hard it can be to conceive can see that its a pretty rude question!! but i never realised that before so i guess some people are just naiive when they ask
Euro's answer sounds pretty good go with that one!
CD8 here, AF is pretty much gone now it was a big one after the lacroscopy. Am looking forward to the next 2 months of not TTC! going to use every oportunity to go out and have fun as a 'free' woman lol. 2 weekends away in May, and one in April! party time
was thinking about getting rubella jags done too?? never got them done before TTC. anyone know anything about this... like who do you get the appt with, how long after the jags can you TTC & are they necessary?
thanks
Jen

OH and I aren't married either, still doesn't stop people asking us all the time. His boss even said to him 'you should get started soon, you don't want to miss out' and OH, in his usual blunt way, replied that he will as soon as they pull their finger out and give him a local contract! Fingers crossed JJ - hope you get a BFP or at least figure out what is giving you such symptoms.
I imagine you as slim and dark hair and quite girly:)
Hope he didn't catch the nunga nungas:rotfl:
You know the slim bit anyway - that's cheating lol! But I do have dark hair and can be quite girly I suppose. You really do know everything, it's quite amazing.
I hope so tooI had a scan, and the follicle (the bag containing the eggy) was 13mm. It grows about 2mm/day, and it releases the egg (ov) at around 20mm. I'll be around 19mm on Sunday:cool:

Oooh exciting. Wish I knew that sort of stuff so far in advance.Loopylaura wrote: »What do you guys say when people ask when you're going to have kids (or another one for those with one already)? I only ask because nobody knows we're not using contraception and I don't want them to know, but everyone is asking when we're going to have babies. I get the feeling this is going to be a long road and the question upsets me. I feel like i'm not doing my wifely duty by providing my husband with a son and heir.
It upsets me as well. It is a nightmare at work at the moment though. Out of the 6 people who sit by me, 3 have had children in the last 6 months and a 4th has just announced she is pregnant. So people are discussing how it's bound to be me next, I've been married the longest, I've just bought a new larger house, they're surprised that it's x who is PG and not me, etc etc. I turn the volume up on my music and pretend I can't hear. It's doing my head in though. I know there could be lots of other reasons, but I imagine if a couple have been married for 7 years and don't have kids it's usually either because they don't want them or are having problems. And in either case it's rude and inconsiderate to keep going on about it. I just say I think it will be a while before we have any - which is true.euronorris wrote: »Sorry, only NMA here todaytaken the afternoon off and am gonna go sit in the sun and do a bit of shopping too, as it's payday.
Am jealous - of the sitting in the sun, the shopping and of the fact it's payday for you. Have fun0 -

Morning Ladies
I am not quite sure if the vino last night was real or not (no hangover but very empty bottle!!) as I woke this morning in a lovely mood, have cleaned the windows (hubby will die off with shock as I have never cleaned them, thats his job!) tidied the house and generally set about the spring clean!!
I also managed to do the tesco order on line last night (under the influence) and when it arrived this morning it was not only all there but the food is the stuff we need...Result!!
Well I am waiting for Aunt Flo to descend upon me, I haven't got any symptoms of being pregnant, nor have I any AF symptoms so I shall just have to wait and see!! Fingers crossed please!! The luck has to change in our house soon!!!You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
euro - well said, enjoy your shopping and chilling in the sun :j wish I could join you, roll on 5pm
Laura - we have 3 dogs so most foke believe we'd get another dog before starting a family and always ask when are you getting another dogwhat they don't know is that we're both longing for a baby and it's all I can think about! I remember at Xmas we told the in-laws and asked them to keep quiet till 12wk scan in January, all his family came round and his new baby cousin, everyone kept saying 'It'll you be next' little did they know I had a little beany inside me already
I promice you when that time comes its a fantastic feeling
Fellpony - can you box yourself up and post to my house, it could do with a good spring clean
Rebekeh - thats so funny, I wish it could be like that sometimes lol
MTH - It's a horrid situation isn't itlittle do they know! I've just returned to work this week and if I here someone else say 'your time will come' 'it'll be you next' 'things happen for a reason' one more time I WILL scream.
Hope everyone is having a good Friday afternoon so farDMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 315Married 03/04/2010with many thanks to MSE Wedding boardLO 23/03/12 Special thanks to TTC thread0
