Hiya hon i had it anyway, thanks to TTC & charting AFs i was expecting the AF to show up. so asked about it in advance and they said it would be fine to go ahead with the op

thats great to hear your's went well! at least you know everythings clear in there and hopefully you'll get a sticky one v soon :D

did they tell you on the day what they found? (or didn't find!)

i'm getting my results sent out in the post was a bit surprised expecting to hear on the day but hey ho, good to be home. OH has been a star lookin after me and tonight he made lentil soup... he was like 'i'm going to warn you its pretty thin'... he'd forgotton the lentils :rotfl: i love him so much hehe.

lets hope we get pg v soon, OH is talking about it more now think he's getting more excited about becomming a daddy.

Congrats on your bfp manda! :T xx

Thanks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that a clear out of the tubes has helped. Hopefully that will happen for you too :).

I was told I'd have to cancel if AF showed up so I suppose it's different areas do things differently. It's great you didn't have to wait for another appointment. Hope you're feeling ok, recover really quickly, and that your OH looks after you extremely well.

Just after waking up I had a visit from the consultant and he told me the results there and then. He also told me the results from DHs latest SA (DH was quite put out because he called up several times before my lap to find out the results and they wouldn't tell him but they told me without me even asking). Hope that everything is fine with you when you get the results - or that if anything is wrong it is easily fixed.

Lentil soup without lentils - haha! All these stories of OHs are really cheering me up. I've been with mine since 19 and due to having a seemingly perfect Dad have no experience of the complete ineptitude of men in general. I am so glad I'm not alone!

CD 33 for me and still no af. she is messing my plans up for a holiday baby next cycle.

had ewcm on cd 23 and dtd on cd 26 and 27. wonder if i ov'd late and managed to catch the egg? probably dtd too late anyway.

won't be disapointed if af comes as i am expecting her even if she isn't giving me any signs!!

hope i don't get af when i am on holiday.

    Me too, v stressful :o

I really hope I don't get bad morning sickness if/when I get pregnant. Saying that, I work with mainly middle-aged men, so I'm not sure they'd notice I was pregnant even if I was about to drop any second! They do make jokes every so often, though, about me being pregnant (e.g. if I say I've got a craving for something), ever since I got married summer before last. Could wear a bit thin if it takes me ages to get preg!

I hope mine is controlled, I've been on (175mg) thyroxine now since 2000, the results seem stable so the docs aren't overly bothered.
I wish I was that lucky, it took me 8 months with DD1 (I looked back in my diaries, saddo that I am!)

did you have your thyroid problems when trying for DD1???? I haven't met anyone with overactive thyroid and babies still yet to find anyone!!

im starting with the OPKs today and the sperm meets egg plan everything crossed for this month!! ooo and two of my friends have just had the arrival of their 2nd baby boy :D He arrived at 4.30am this morning down the toilet, she wanted a home birth and apparently the midwife only just got there!!!! he is yummy making me even more broody :j

haven't tested as we were using condoms for most of last cycle. so wouldn't expect to be pg. it was only last weekend we dtd without. i thought af was due so it would be ok! but now i think about it i had ewcm late in the cycle so maybe i ov'd late. would be too early to test anyway.

this was my second cycle since mc so maybe my body is still sorting itself out.

i am going on holiday next week so will see what happens and maybe test when i get back if still no af.
  • ooh pebbles I would test, but I am a poas holic........
