hope so too Debs, could be seeing a bfp from you very soon!
I'm thinking a May bfp would be nice making a wee Feb baby avoid the Jan/Dec babies. not that theres anything wrong wi those months am a Jan girl myself, but the amount of people that moan about the month of January! and its usually a pretty skint month. and also the Dec clash with xmas etc.
to be honest though any bfp is a great bfp isnt it
nice to see you back WW and Greener x~ Team Sticky ~

Hi all,
my second post in this forum.
Waiting for AF...due yesterday. Mind you it would be blooming amazing if it does happen so quickly as only BD'd once this cycle!!!
On the plus side I went to the DR as had been getting what I thought was bad ovarian pain each month but he thought it was possible IBS. Also he didn't comment on me being too 'chunky' to conceive or owt like that which was good!!!0 -
I have a question ladies about alcohol.
When you are TTC did you stop drinking? I suppose I am thinking that by the time you test positive you could be in the early stages of pregnancy but without knowing it yet. I am worried about foetal alcohol effects thus wondered if you stopped drinking totally or just cut down until you knew??
Thanks all.0 -
Hi squirrel, good luck
... I stop drinking when BDing on the fertile dates and for the 2ww after that.... but when AF arrives, usually console myself with a night out on the bevvy!!
Debs May is a lovely time for a baba! it would mean an August bfp i think.... that would be a full year TTC for me. can you imagine taking a wee newborn out in the spring sunshine... lovely~ Team Sticky ~

Good question Squirrel - I've cut down a lot over the last few months (tho sat with a nice glass of white now!), but we are nearing the 12 month TTC mark so as soon as we start going to docs etc I think I will have to give up totally. Just need to convince DH he has to do the same!!
xx
CD 27(28) today, been really chilled over the 2ww but trying not to get any false hopes up now. Can any of you ladies tell me what implantation feels like? Had some very odd twinges this morning, don't normally get pains until AF starts I am not getting my hopes up honestlyTrying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0 -

That would be a year and a month for me which could be likely!!! As there have been so many unsuccessful cycles so far!!! I was a summer baby, our wedding was inthe summer and a spring/summer baby for us would just be the cherry on top!!!
I'm not much of a drinker so can't really comment squirrel chops but do know a women who is about to drop in a matter of weeks and she has drank through her entire pregnancy and complains she can't have a 'proper' drink!!! I dunno!!:heartsmil Engaged 31st May 2008 :heartsmil

It's so depressing, you see them lined up outside our local pub, sharing a cigarette and sticking to 3 or 4 drinks because they 'dont want to harm the baby'!!! I'd give up all that and so much more if only we could get that sticky beanxx

Since I posted AF has arrived!
It is an odd feeling really. I do feel a bit disappointed but accepting as it was first try! However also feel strangely relieved too.0
