Have done 3 or 4 ic tests thiis week, but all bfn... didn't expect different to be honest :)
Day 21 test, so 7DPO? Blood test will show earlier than hpts, fingers crossed:)
Really hope things work out for you this time around. Things are sounding good. You work so hard on here and keep everyone's spirits up and the board flowing nicely, you deserve your bit of happiness :)
Things sounds good in a way that I had what normal people call a perfect timed BDing:o It's not that different from having normal BD, but it is supposed to be better for those with sperm problems (which we have). They pick the best ones, and release it near the tubes:cool:

One is only supposed to have 3 goes on IUI, so technically speaking, it sounds like, for normal people (you lot:p) you should be able to get pg within 3 cycles:cool: Obviously it needs to be perfectly timed;)

    Get BDing!:j

    And the sticks £11.19:

There's a delivery charge for orders under £35.
    Also there's a 10% off code valid until 17th May MD052010

I've also heard some larger Superdrugs are selling CBFM at £29.99. Not at my local one, and I've never seen one elsewhere, but it's been reported on baby forums:cool:
It's not on their website either;)

    Done my 2nd IUI:cool:

It went well, it was painless - which is good, it means we got the timing right. The eggs were released on time, and the doctor said my lining was excellent as is my cm:p

DH has out done himself and produced a very decent sample for a change. Last time (the doctor said 'disappointing sample') it was 13 million motile post wash, while this time it was 28 million:dance:

The morphology was slightly worse at 3% (ie 97% abnormal shape), while last time it was 4%. Not a big difference I hope.

    2ww begins...

Hope it works out soon (((hugs))).
But noticing cm for when you are back ttcing again is good:cool:

Since a lot of our cycles has synced, we are all getting ewcm at the same time:p

Every other day is good, but some do every day around ov.
    Good luck!:j

So chuffed for you QQ hope everything goes well this time!!! Are you having your IUI in the UK this time???

Will catch up with the rest of the thread in a minute!!! So much to read!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Congrats to all those who have BFP, its amazing that so many do get pregnant so quickly, and reasuring too.
I think, if Im working out right, I am CD12 (day 1 of AF was 19th Jan) and according to bounty ovulating counter thingy I should now be OV and my peak should be on Tues 2nd. So we are BDing every other day, did the same last year when I fell in Oct. So just hopeful OHs super sperm (as he called them last time) are up to it again this month.
  • A proper good evening to you ladies (finally finished catching up on the thread plus had to do a toilet break with Connor!!),

Huge congratulations to PMA and Skintcatt and anyone else i've missed!!!

So went for my smear test on Tues and noticed after it that I had EWCM  Is it possible the lube they use could have caused it??? It looked very 'natural' though!! So now I'm CD16 and 2DPO managed to BD a couple of times around ov but I'm slowly losing momentum with TTC!!! :(

Feel really tired all the time and have a stinking cold which crept up on me so can't wait for my weeks annual leave at the end of Feb!!!
On the up side though because we haven't managed to conceive 'yet' I had a review of our finances (I do this every year around the new financial year) and it looks like we're going to be in a strong financial position granted that we continue to save at a large rate!!! So yay to us!!! I still feel morbid!! Can't help it!!! :o

Get the party started ladies, :T PMA, PMA, PMA

  • Hi everyone, fairly new to this - have lurked for a long time, and maybe posted a long long time ago!

My husband and I have been TTC (bear with me with abreviations - I don't know them all!) for 3 years with no success.

We started seeing a NHS Consultant last year who ordered loads of tests, including a Trans Vaginal Ultrasound, and a Hystosalpingogram (spelling???) and sperm tests for partner, oh and mountains of blood tests.

My scand all came back that there were no blockages or polyps or cysts, so that is great news. Hubby's swimmers are all ok. Blood tests however indicated that I do not Ovulate at all.

Was prescribed 50 mg Chlomid on 5th Jan this year - and (spooky timing) took my first one of 5 this month on the 6th Jan. Fantastically got a big smiley face on Ovulation kit mid month - wonderful news!!

AF is due tomorrow, and this last week have had (although not sure if I am imagining some of them) sore bbs and popping to the toilet every 2 mins! The main thing I want to ask about is the fact that I have today and yesterday had some really odd, but intense pains around my belly button - it is like a pulling from inside that is quite uncomfortable!! Is this something that anyone else gets?

I did a hcg test this morning and nothing!

Any advice would be very welcome! x

    Hi again ladies

I'm sorry i disappeared but I decided to take it easy on TTC after my disappointment the other month, but then OH and I managed to DTD just once around the right time and I am currently about 6 weeks' pregnant! :j

I know that's probably not what you want to hear if you've been trying for ages, plus I hardly ever come on here, but I wanted o let you know.

Sadly, my friend told me today she had a missed miscarriage at her scan on Thursday, and with my previous mc before L was born I am aware i could lose this one any day, so I'm not counting my chickens, but I'm obviously still very pleased.

I will try and rread back and see how you're all doing - I hope to see many BFPs! I've been without a computer for a while so I'm trying to catch up now I have a new one that actually works.
