  • ***LURKER ALERT***

Hi girls, I started off on the TFAB Part 5 thread... The longer History of Me is: I turned 30 early this year and had a crisis. Always thought I'd have kids at 30 and having just moved to Australia with work for min 2 years (from the UK) I felt like I was moving further away from that, rather than closer. OH (31) doesn't feel the rush and originally, well, around crisis time, we'd kind of got to the agreement that we would start TTC in Sept-ish this year. Quite frankly that's not going to happen for various reasons (one being that we're having too much fun here in Oz to disrupt thing) and I imagine that the soonest we'll start is the early part of next year . I'm ok with this I guess, it is definitely more practical but I do worry about leaving it too late. I think OH isn't quite ready either, so it works for us to wait right now.

So I suppose the Short History of Me is: Blue Monkey (30) WTTC #1

Do you mind if I lurk and hang out? I think you lot are great, this is such a supportive thread and I read every day wishing you all the best.

Have a good day (it's Thursday am here in Sydney)

    Evening lovely ladies :)
I see my other name was removed from the trying list - but its alright cause we are still leaving it to fate instead of trying :S
    CD12 here today
Dont think im likely to get a bfp this month after weirdly short period including the worst turbulence on a flight ever thrown in for good measure ive had diawoowoo pretty much for 2 weeks :| coupled with stomach aches and sore b o o b s so Im not expecting anything from the oh when I get to see him next week for our anniversary :D
Im struggling to buy him a gift its not helping by him being kind of smug saying hes got me a gift :| and he wants something he can keep :| (here was me thinking a mini hamper of all his favourite things and some good bding would do damnit lol)
    How is everyone ?
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

We should get the old thread locked, I wonder if the last post will read "First morning urine x " forever:D
Is it awful that one of my first thoughts when he told me he felt poorly was 'Thank God it's not ov week!!'?
I have that too:o So long as we keep it to ourselves...

Morning lovely ladies, can I please come off the testing list please *sigh* I awoke to af.
Thought I would be ok because it would have clashed with the end of my course, but I'm more upset than I thought I would be. What's WRONG with me, surely if it hasn't happened by now, it's never going to happen? And I never wanted a huge gap between ds and a baby. Now looking at at least 4 years.... :(

((Hugs)) Mrs. 4 years is a great gap. There's 7 between me and my little sister and we get on great... my older sisters there's 3 between us and growing up we fought like cat and dogs!

Well, VIP on ff does get your hopes up. 20 pnts on the may be preggers scale. Not getting hopes up in head. We'll see.

Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go.

Charlie, those signs most deffo dont mean your out, all could be pg signs, your most certainley not out yet.
Blue monkey, 30 is most certainley not old, its very near the averrage age for a first time mother nowdays, which means theres a lot a lot older, including me!
Now ladies theres a good reason, that we havent concieved yet, the new paternity laws coming in next year! But now they are here its time to get busy.

But This it posts........right try again..........

This is a new thread, so we thought best to start afresh, only those that have asked have automatically been put on the list, as the old list was out of date, no offence ladies, all are welcome as allways.

Charlie, that sounds interesting, you most certainley are not out yet.
Blue monkey are you wanting your name on the list? Enjoy Australia its a nice place to be for a couple of years, I have travelled extensiely, and its my passion, 30 is really not old, its the average age for a first born now, so that means theres a lot of people a lot older, including me!
Now ladies theres a reason we havent concieved yet we were waiting for the new fab paternity laws! They are coming in in Apr, so we can get to it now, I have a feeling there is going to be a spate of BFPS, in the next week! Fingers crossed!
    Pawpurrs x ;)
