Has anyone had any side effects from taking folic acid? My stomach has got so bloated its now uncomfortable, so have stopped taking it.I know I need it but look like I am about to give birth:eek:

I haven't had any side effects. Is it just the folic acid you are taking or is it part of multi-vits?

Whilst writing does anyone know how i can change my signature?? I go into my "about me" and it gives me the edit button for everything except my signature?!?!

Funnily enough, I never thought about this. I've been taking it since September and I must admit, I seem to have put quite a bit of weight since then - I just put it down to getting married in Oct and then being able to eat what i want and with Christmas....never thought the folic acid may have had something to do with it. I feel like I look pregnant too but had AF today so definitely not - ragh!!!

QQ its just folic acid I take.I did read on one web site that you can have a distended stomach, which I def have!!! Have done lots of exercise and wayched my diet but stomach HUGE!!!

Hope we are all having a good weekend, I am knackered not been sleeping much and dont have the energy for any more BDing not sure if I have done enough, and still not 100% sure if I have oved or not the line never got darker than the control on these opks, but I feel I have as I didnt have a line at all the previous month, if thats the case, then the line showed on weds, I only bded on the sunday previous, then weds and thurs so not sure if I am in with much of a chance or not, Used concieve plus all three times, last time I knew I was pregnant the day after conception, dont feel that this time, so think I could be out, out, out!
