  • I still have days when I cry for my lost one too hon. I don't think it ever goes completely, it just gets a bit easier with time.

I am excited..I'm also scared and have worried right the way through this pregnancy. I think that's normal after a loss. Hoping all goes smoothly.

I really hope you get your sticky BFP very soon x

Hey Mirror, its actually not that bad. Ive had one email from a colleague, entitled "I care" telling me how she understands and had the same thing in 2003. I thought it was nice but I kinda wish she hadn't bothered. Does that sound harsh?

Thanks for the thoughts, good luck to us all, we deserve it x:T

no not harsh just truthful hun, depends how well you know her etc, my boss popped round a few days after to see how i was but we are friends too and i didnt want anyone there at all so she only stayed a couple of mins
some people want to talk about it and some dont,
some people find talking to strangers easier than talking to friends.

its down to the individual how you deal with it there is no right and wrong way just your way.x

Hi, well thats the thing I dont actually know her that well. My boss came round a few days after like yours did. But, she only stayed about 15 minutes and Ive worked with her for about 8 years. This women that emailed me works in a different office and has only been here about a year. I spose she was doing it because she had been through it before.

I just kind of feel that I dont want reminders I know its happended. x

Also they say within 12 months but everyone is different - i am going to the doctors if i dont catch this month and ive been trying since may 10 i just want to make sure everything is ok, honestly tho i dont think im ovualating so i dont know what will happen then

    just thinking about booking holidays:

i wouldn't want to book something then find out i was pg as i wouldn't want to fly anywhere in the first 12 weeks to be on the safe side. not bothered about flying but in case anything goes wrong, i would want to be near the NHS.

if you booked the week off work around CD20 you will have nearly three weeks between knowing you are not pg and going on holiday - plenty of time to book something and you won't get AF while on holiday! if you get pg that cycle you won't know about it until you are back from holiday.

i am going away at the end of feb, i am trying to not get pg this month but won't mind trying just before i go and while i am away as i wouldn;t know if i was pg or not till i get back depending on how my cycles work out.

ttc does put things on hold a bit though doesn't it....

I decided not to put life on hold and had booked/organized lots of things for the summer. I just spent the weekend rearranging everything because lots of things I planned won't be possible now. It was a pain and I will lose a bit of money but I'd prefer that to having an empty summer and sitting about thinking "I thought I be pregnant by now". And now I'm praying it all goes well because if it doesn't and I've cancelled all my plans I'll be truly miserable.

    my thoughts exactly!!! very sensible:beer:

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Good evening ladies!!

All is well here, CD21(22) and I am due to test tomorrow although I might wait until Thursday. Honest I am NOT SSing cause I don't feel like I am pg but, for some reason my lower tummy is sore (like I pulled a muscle). I fell on my back pretty hard yesterday while playing with my niece so, it's probably just from that...!

I am also in a good mood today which NEVER happens the day before AF so, I think AF might come Thursday morning (and I might warn hubby to steer clear of my mood tomorrow.......!) Now I'm thinking I should test tomorrow.... What to do, what to do?!?!?! :o

QQ - glad you enjoyed your break! Good to have you back!
pinkpig - you're right, you ARE extremely lucky if you survivie manflu; I hear it's awful!
    Hi to all the newbies!
    mrsvicx ((hugs)) hun
ddebski - good luck with giving up alcohol, caffeine, choc & crisps!!

For those worried about holidays - I've got one booked in May and I don't plan on changing when I'm pg, unless advised by doctor. Lots of pg ladies travel!
My January prediction is 7
