You need a good reflexologist (generally not a beauty therapist type but a regiestered reflexologist and if you can one that specalises in fertility and maternity reflexolgy) I have seen a lot of good results with reflexology and accupucture, and with reflexology its a nice relaxing treatment anyway, so no harm done. It will help you with getting your cycles regulated. Pregnancy tests you can get internet cheapies from amazon or ebay but they are not great, tesco do 2 for £4 and they are good, as are the superdrug ones.

With my weird long cycle now, I'm thinking of giving this a go....
I'm really spotty just now too! How funny!

Maybe we'll be cycle buddies next month as well then, How many dpo are you? Last month i only had an 11 LP so this is quite strange for me! I'm not feeling hopefull!

:) I've never had a cycle buddy, would've liked that... I see AF got you... CD 44  here so I guess we're out of sync now anyway. I feel a bit more twingy in the womby area (or perhaps I'm imagining it) but this is really pee-ing me off now. Typical that OH gets all serious about wanting to try and my cycle goes up the spout. Will be temping religiously when AF does decide to turn up.

Should I go and see a doctor if this carries on for much longer?

Nipples have been itchy on and off this week and this morning they were actually a bit sore to touch. Could these be early signs or maybe my body just dont know what its doing at the mo

Maybe i should get one of them early tests at lunchtime??

I think it's something like 7-10 days post ovulation. (But spotting at the "right" time doesn't mean it definitely is implantation spotting.)

GG sending you hugs that AF has arrived.

Deb i read it as you tried out your dodgy seatbelt and wondered who's life you were putting at risk.

we've had two dustings of snow today and it's freezing, i had to scrape my car so i could leave work tonight.

CD46 here, still no sign of anything, but as i'm out of cheapy tests i'm not going to test again until i have a bump and contractions lol

I think I'm missing the joke lemon!!! It's a proper doggy seatbelt for Connor he can sit in the back seat in his harness without fear of falling or slipping, he really liked it by the time we got home and it was recommended by the guy at pets at home so no ones lives put at risk!!! :D:D:D
