Ddebski - I think the peaks on cd 6 and 13 were due to restless sleep after a couple of vinos and then waking up late :o tut tut. Def brought home to me the effects of alcohol and will be more restrained from now on, especially if I'm now in 2ww

QQ - you are The Oracle :T I hope you're right.

SusanC - it is weird isn't it? My mum always said I was cold and whe I had a fever it was hard to tell because my temperature wasn't that high just higher than normal.

So what are the advantages of using FF over just plotting your own charts yourself? Is it just statistical analysis that it does?

I'm only in my first month on there so not sure. I think if you get the full membership it predicts ov date and can also do things with data from previous months. You can also track a multitude of other symptoms which it uses. For temps alone then probably not much more than you could do yourself with excel if you're so inclined (which I am but I like being able to look at fertility friend as a distraction to work).

BFN for me yesterday, didn't expect anything else to be truthful as it falls in line with the doctors prediction that i am highly unlikely to get pregnant.
Think i need to investigate natural progesterone related stuff as that's the hormone i am very low on.
Hope others do much better than myself and i'm glad i'm not the only person who feels strange and uncomfortable relying on other peoples bathrooms etc when the witch is visiting.

It's the same, but you can access your chart anywhere where you have a PC or mobile, and you can print it out and change stuff easily. It also gives their idea of the ov date which you can compare to what you thought:)

Also, you can share it on forums:p

It'll be more accurate if you chart other signs like ewcm:o

Good luck to u Jewel !

I hope u manage to get pregnant.

I can tell u guys because u don't know me, but i physically ache to have a child. The longing is unbelievable. I am 43 almost 44. I am recently single. I had 2 long term relationships spanning 16 years between them. In the 1st relationship i lost a baby at about 8 weeks, and in the 2nd relationship, it wasn't something he wanted.

The office i work in like a baby factory, if its not the girls in the office, its the wives of the guys i work with.

So i say, go for it. god bless

What a lovely positive thread :)

I gave birth to DS a week before my 42nd birthday and he is an absolute joy .I've yet to find anything negative about being an "older mother" and it appears to be getting more usual each year.

    Good luck

    I've been Money Tipped!
My wife gave birth to our 3rd child when she was 38. What horrified her was being called an "older mother" all the way through the pregnancy :D.

Otherwise everything went perfectly and our little boy is an absolute joy.

Hahaha. No, I just assume everyone is a nerd like me and has a spreadsheet which tracks their whole life! Mine has mortgage interest and repayments, income and bills, my weight, car economy comparisons, a log of my running, a summary if which accounts we hold where so if I die then my mum or oh can track it down. It hidden away on my pc because of anyone saw it they'd know what a fruitloop I am.

I see. My phone is really old and my computer is at home. (And I trust me to get it right more than a computer.)
