Deb - I came off the pill in July and mine have been very heavy and very short (less than 3 days) ever since. My periods in general (and symptoms) are completely different to before I was on Cerazette (mid/light flow over 5/6 days) - guess it's just one of those things but freaks you out when you're not used to it!

Thermometer update: tested last night (about 5 times) and this morning and all gave different temperatures. So think it's just coincidence with 96.8 repeating. Going to feed them into FF later to start a chart.

Oh Deb, I feel for you. I get really sore and achey, not to mention the cramps for a couple of days. Feels like my inside are falling out...oh, they are!

i had hope this month until i saw my doctor today. After two months of tablets and hard work my progesterone levels haven't changed at all so still no chance of getting pregnant. pah!

I must admit I've done a couple of opk's (only got 1 HPT left) am getting faint lines but I always have through my cycle so am none the wiser for it!

WW i'm sure your not going through early menapause! Don't be silly, you have plenty of child bearing days ahead!! My mum is 46 and a half and still has periods!

Re periods, thats about the only thing i have going for me, my periods are really light and last a max of 3 days, i would happily swap to get heavy ones if it meant shorter cycles and more chances to get pregnant, This is our 4th cycle now but will be 7 months come next week

can't remember who but someone mentioned about waiting 14 days till ov, honest thats not that bad, time will fly. I waited 76 days! its hard but it will come

Greener Grass, I agree I too have short, light periods but would swop them for more chances. only on our 2nd chance in 5 months its hard! (but we will get there )

Thank you for all your fantastic replies! From what I can remember of my natural periods I don't ever remember them being this bad!! It's was only maybe 4 yrs before I went on the pill so can't really remember but I'm totally drained from it this month!

Dh told me last month it was just because
My insides were clearing themselves out! A friend suggested it was just the pill leaving my system but I worry that its conception gone wrong but how would I be able to tell! I'm probably worrying for no reason but it makes me wonder! 

aww Deb, hope you feel better soon, that sound sore. cant comment on periods after the pill though cause ive never been on it.
usually my first period day is sore and heavyish, but the rest is ok and lasts about 5 days.

i was holding a workmates baby today and it was sick on me, and i thought it was the cutest thing, broodyness does strange things to me
