Are the opks just the same as the tests I use for the cbfm? (I bought some extra of these for next month, so I can test beyond day 20 if needed).
I already have a digi thermometer in the house - is it just as straight forward as taking temp every day? Just once?

The one to get is BBT thermometer which gives 2 decimal points like 98.26

ALSO, you need take it first thing in the morning without getting out of the bed, and moving as little as possible at roughly the same time:p

. The waiting is driving me mad!! Been using CBFM past 4 days just for the hell of it and lows every morning. Hoping i may ov a bit earlier this month but we shall see.
