 It says here about LP, "Typically, it is 12-16 days in length and does not vary by more than a day in each person." I have a range of about five days.

Hi ladies - lots of graduates this month, congratulations to all of you, and here's to a few more too...
I'm having a pre-house-moving clearout and found a few (8, I think, can't drag myself off the sofa to count) cheapie HPTs. They are just the sticks that you stick in a pot of wee, but they worked for me and are more sensitive than the expensive ones. If they would be of use to anyone, drop me a PM, I'd gladly stick a stamp on them rather than throw them away.0 -
Another question for you all...(don't you think there's been a lot today? All good as that's why this is for I suppose)
When thethermometer instructions say "as soon as you wake up" is that when you first wake? I normally stir about 30-60mims before my alarm and then go back to sleep. Just wondering if I should try and do it then or when I'm about to get up?0 -
thats rubbish about there being no cuts to NHS, we have been given a savings budget which we must make over the next 3 years. I personally work in mental health and we are seeing job cuts, pay freezes, pension increases and a whole redevelopment of how we work. Basically funding for NHS will come from local authorities rather than the government, which really worries me as to things like patients and rights and the whole postcode lottery will be even more so. For instance where I live we have no real 'demand' for dementia servcies so our local authority will cut spending in that area to a minimum making it near impossible for someone to receive the care they need and deserve if they were to suffer in this area! this will impact hughly on the care and treatment anyone will receive, dependant upon where they live! I'm just really hoping my job is safe, we were given the proposals on Monday and have heard they have been accepted and passed to the governers to agree, then the changes will be implimented over the next 3 years. I hell of a lot of jobs are going to be lost
wow.....anyone think I needed to get that off my chestlol been a sh**y week at work

What's your SS that's definitely different from normal PMS?
I am constipated, usually I am as regular as anything. I have felt a bit sick on a couple of occasions in the last couple of days, and I have a really bloated full feeling. No feelings of AF coming either. I have been absolutely convinced that I am pg on other months though and been wrong. Is so easy to exaggerate feelings that are always there when it is something you want so much.
Is my last day at work tomorrow before our 2 week holiday, can't wait!0 -
Fantafan had short luteal, so she started taking B100, but it gave her spotting after ov, so she stopped. I think she got her BFP on a cycle or 2 after that. Who know it may have worked, as it takes some time for it to build up in your system:)

My LP was less than 10 days every month - http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e854d gives you an idea. It went 8,9,9,9,12,12 and then BFP. I'd need to look back at the notes (if anyone knows how you do this on FF as I wrote it in there) to know when I took it. TBH I'm a bit of a spotter in general so could be OV, LP, post DTD, PG!
It's worth a go as I remember me and Dusty would try anything to extend it. Doctors don't read too much in to it...not as much as google and the internet do. Once I relaxed about it and stopped taking it I got lucky.
Hope that helps.0 -

do it when you stir before your alarm goes off, as you need 3 hours solid sleep before you take your temp.0 -

Pretty sure there is very little risk, can't be much as it is used on pg women all the time. Hope it all goes well, good to get the once over.0
