Fantafan had short luteal, so she started taking B100, but it gave her spotting after ov, so she stopped. I think she got her BFP on a cycle or 2 after that. Who know it may have worked, as it takes some time for it to build up in your system:)
so wot do we make of the budget ladies??? Dunno about yous but that George Osbournes dreery voice was making me fall asleep  and it was wrapped up with so much jargon I'm not sure if I took in most of it!!! What do you ladies think???

I also had a short LP last cycle, 10 days. Haven't tried anything this month to lengthen it but will be considering B vitamins next cycle (hopefully won't need to :))

Just want to mention about B vitamins that I believe you aren't supposed to take very high doses of vitamin B6 for very long periods of time. I can't remember figures offhand and it's best to read up yourself but just wanted to mention it so that people are aware. (There's a theory that vitamin B6 supplementation can reduce vommiting in pregnancy which is how I come to have read about it.)

I was taking B100 complex, but after hearing what happened to Fantafan, reduced it to B50 complex. Also, my fertility doctor said 50mg is OK.

Don't just take B6, but take B50 complex. I think 100mg is the recommended amount for lengthening LP:)

    Mine is B complex. :)

I didn't know about it lengthening the luteal phase before today though.

    *disappears to check charts...*

*returns on discovery of too little data to draw any conclusions*
