Are you sure you are 8DPO? Could you have ov'd earlier perhaps?

I've been using a little app on my phone to track my periods and it calculated that I should've ov'd around the 23rd. But in reality I guess I could have ov'd at any time! I didn't have any symptoms this month, no ewcm or cramps.

Thanks for answering so quick, I've been lurking on this thread for ages enjoying all your lovely messages! We've been trying since march so if it really is a stick bean we'll be over the moon! Xx

You're right you could have ov'd at a different time then. I would test again in the morning if you have any tests at home. Maybe get yourself a digi to use in the next day or so.

    Good luck- it sounds promising!

    Thank you :)

Are the digis really good then? I've seen lots of people mention them but I wasn't sure what advantage they had over other tests? :D

They are good in that they say pregnant or not pregnant so it's easier than squinting at a line. :D It also tells you how many weeks it has been since conception. They are however less sensitive than some others which is why you might want to leave it a day or so before using one.

Littlezee, still keeping my fingers crossed for your official testing day tomorrow, even though I know you've been testing everyday since 9DPO:o
    colli, big hugs for AF

Glad you had a great deal on the hotel and some yummy soft cheese:o
lisa, for some people, temping at different times doesn't matter too much. Maybe you are one of those lucky ones:cool:
BB1984, it was a really big meal, something like 5 course meal for lunch and dinner:o
emsbet, hope you'll stay as long as you can, we all need your expertise, and I miss you already:o
Saban, hpts can give false lines (evaporation lines), but usually after 10mins. Does your line have colour? Why not try again tomorrow with FMU (first morning urine). Let us know how it goes!:j
