Hi all, just popping me head in to wish littlezee all the best for tomorrow! Will be keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

Hope you will be keeping your fingers crossed for me on Friday even though I,m not feeling anything!
Ah thanks Goppers :) I kind of forgot it was tomorrow :o DH both really wants to know, really doesn't want me to test, but also really wants a reliable result (I don't think fellas quite get their head around a BFN being more like a Big Fat Nothing Yet, iyswim) so kind of wants to wait at the same time... I've been testing daily since 9DPO, if I'm honest, but not telling him (though he does know, I think - I've not been secretive about it), because I find AF easier to deal with if I've had BFNs before hand, and because I'm intrigued about the point at which it would turn into a TLP/BFP if that was gonna happen - iyswim? But then I'm a bit weird ;)

Anyway, course I will - I don't think people are "supposed" to feel much so early. A mate of mine reckons that any nausea before 6-8wks is just psychosomatic th_rolleyez.gif

Of course I've got them crossed! fingersx.gif

Lisa, I thought I'd never see a pattern with my dodgy sleep patterns and wonky immune system, but you'll never know until you've done a cycle or two :) Keep trying, see what happens...and remember that getting pg doesn't depend on seeing a pattern on your chart either ;)

I'm starting to get bored waiting for either reliable test result or AF to spoil my week...th_boredsmiley.gif

I would say we are all glad to give up our BFP's for Phunkles!
Most people say they haven't felt anything different which kinda makes SS-ing a waste of time!!

Cd 7 - Nothing to report here. Spotting over shall get to it again from Wednesday. Doing days 10/12/14 this month rather than the 9/11/13 last month. Need to spend more than 5 mins lying down this time too. Shall spend at least 10 with my legs up the wall!

I think this is true as most of the "symptoms" I thought in was having have all but disappeared since I got my BFP! :o It's kinda worrying but I've been reading and some women don't really get any symptoms and most don't get much before about 6+ weeks.

Lisa persevere with the temps as you may start to see a pattern. They can be erratic at the beginning of your cycle. This cycle I temper at weird times between about 3:30/4 am and 6:30am but a pattern still emerged. Like Zippy said you don't need a perfect looking chart to get pregnant.

((hugs)) pokey and colli and fingers crossed Zippy and anyone else due to test.

Hope you don't mind me posting :)

    xx

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a nice weekend :) I did write a really long post yesterday but then my internet connection dropped and I lost my message...and couldn't be bothered to re-write it!

Firstly, huge congratulations to phunkles! :j :j :j I bet you can hardly believe it! Lovely news.

Secondly, ((hugs)) to colli, jules and pokey, and anyone else that needs one. Hope you feel a little better today fannyanna.

I've had a really busy but fun weekend, also very productive as we did lots of work in the garden :) I was very naughty on friday night as we had some friends staying and we went out and I did get a bit drunk :o I haven't really drunk much since starting TTC, just a glass or two of wine when AF appears. Not sure what happened on friday other than me being fed up with not drinking!

Haven't ov'd yet, and haven't had any ewcm yet either... however I did have a temp did this morning and some ov-like twinges today so hoping that might be it. Have been doing lots of BD-ing so fingers crossed...

QQ - to have put on 2lbs in one day you'd have had to have eaten 7000 extra calories on top of what you would normally need in a day! That would have been a very big meal! ;)

Right, must go as I'm soooo sleepy. Nighty night

    BB x

ETA - of course we don't mind you posting emsbet - in fact, we insist! :)

THe only reliable early symptom that I've had is 'feeling different/instinct' and Montgomery's tubercules, think that's what it's called, basically little white dots around your areola, as well as darkening of the areola, and I get that about 4 weeks. I've never had sickness, not at any point in pregnancy, just got it all in labour instead.

I think some women do have symptoms, but they're mostly useful in hindsight as they are so similar to AF symptoms, but some things, if you get them, are very much PG symptoms, like the Montgomery's things, and big dark areolas.

    Girls please help,
We did a test tonight 'just for fun' as oh wanted to see how it worked. It was a strip test from poundland and to our shock after about 2 minutes a very faint positive line showed up!! Thing is I think I'm only 8 DPO....

So can strip tests show a faint positive for no reason? I don't think it's an evaporation line? Please help me I am FREAKING out!!!

They can sometimes show a line that early. If it's an evaporation line itt should be grey, a TLP will be the colour of the test line (just fainter)

Are you sure you are 8DPO? Could you have ov'd earlier perhaps?
