So that's mid OctoberAnyway my PMA is that everything is going to be fine. I'm going to be one of the lucky ones who just has to have treatment once and everything will then be fine. You've done amazingly well and you already know that you're my weight loss inspiration. I'm going to adopt Sexymouse's new nickname for you - Littlezippy :j:j:j0

Mid-October is not that far away. It's like a month and a bit after your holiday. Some people's single cycle is longer than that:o
Not only that, You'll catch the eggy super quick and be a mummy by this time next year (either that or be heavily pg by then):)
I lost 2lbs in a week... Not much but it's a start:o
Thanks QQ
As for the 2lb. What do you mean? That's an excellent start. Well done :T0 -

I still feel sick on and off and tired, but work is very stressful at the mo so putting it down to that, although may brave a test on the 7th August (AF due date and DH birthday) if AF doesn't arrive (which it won't as cycles not exactly regular).
Just waiting for some people to come for a 2nd viewing on our house, fingers crossed they will still like it.
Hoep everyone has a lovely weekend, and it warms up a bit- my feet are cold![/QUOTE]
Hope it's a beany causing mischief and not normal old lurgy
Good luck for the viewing!0 -
QQ, I need your advice!!
My OPK's arrived this morning... now I think i OVd this week but am not 100% and we agreed earlier to put me as 1DPO, now.... i'm tempted to go POAS from my OPKs, but what would it show, if it shows nothing then it may mean I have already OV'd as I think, but if it shows something then it may mean I;m just Oving now and need to go DTD....
Darn, i'm intrigued to see if it shows anything but i dont know what it means if it does or doesnt show anything.
Would it show positive if i have just ovd or am i right by thinking the surge is shown Before you ov and disappears after?!
Hope that makes sense!????0 -

you usually ov 12-36 hours after a pos opk I think so if it shows nothing you either already have or maybe will in a few days time. Why don't you poas out of curiosity and bd anyway no matter what it shows?0 -

Oh Colli you give such sensible advice, POAS and no matter what go BD, A normal rational me knows this!! :rotfl:0 -
You might remember what seems like ages ago I had my first smear and the result was abnormal. I then had to go to the hospital and have a colposcopy and a biopsy (which hurt quite a bit). At the time the consultant told me that everything looked fine, he thought the original result wasn’t really abnormal (and that the lab were probably being too zealous) and that I probably wouldn’t need to see him again. I was told to call the secretary if I hadn’t received my results within 3 weeks. I didn’t so called up and was told he was away on holiday and in total I’ve waited nearly 5 weeks for my result. I’ve been quite anxious but have kept telling myself not to worry as the consultant said he was positive it would come back clear.
Well it hasn’t. The biopsy confirmed CIN up to level 2 and I now need to wait for an appointment for treatment. I’m so upset
Try not to worry. I had CIN level 2 and had treatment in Feb 2010. It wasn't the nicest experience ever but could have been much worse! the injection is the worst part, I felt nothing after that. I also didn't get much cramping etc afterwards but I know everyone is different. I had to be really careful to avaoid infection for a couple of weeks afterwards and I can't remeber how long with no BDing but I seem to think 4 weeks. I can't see it being any longer than when you had your biopsy anyway. I was lucky as they didn't bother with the biopsy, just did the treatment anyway so I only had to have 1 treatment. My smear had picked up that it was CIN 2. And...step away from dr google!! he'll only worry you. DOn't forget that more people will post/write about bad experiences than those who had good ones!
Congrats to zippy on the weight loss! Sorry you're still feeling a bit dodgy...unless its something beany then I'm glad lol!!
I did my temp at 4.40am today lol! i woke up and had to do it then as I was up at 6am for work!! DH never even noticed! Just had a chuckle to myself putting last nights BDing in FF, the things we do when TTCing!!!
I'm soooo stiff and achey from horse riding 2 days in a row after not doing for 7 months!! DH says I'm like an old lady!! I'm going to do some gardening now in the hope that moving about about eases it!0 -

It didn't dip at all though, usually when you wake earlier than normal it dips. You must've had a good sleep:cool:I'm soooo stiff and achey from horse riding 2 days in a row after not doing for 7 months!! DH says I'm like an old lady!! Well done on the weight loss QQ - 2lbs is a brilliant start.
fannyanna, I agree with everyone who has said to stay away from google etc and about the comments people can post sometimes. I'm sure everything will be fine, and nothing to worry about. As people have said, it's better that they've picked it up now, but I know how frustrated and worried you must be too. If you can get an appointment to talk everything through with a doctor before you go on holiday, it'll stop you worrying whilst you are away about worst possible scenarios etc.
Well I've done the food shop (we're having curry tonight), and I think I'm going to go for a little snooze. Been feeling weak and tired all morning, despite having a small coffee this morning to wake me up a bit. I guess my sleep has been a bit broken because of my cold. Have to pick Moon up from work at 4pm, so will have an hour's doze then have some of my houmous and carrots that I bought to neutralise garlic Moons.
Hugs to all who need or want them,
