Thanks BB, Emsbet and QQ
Hugs to Derby, 2ba3c hope u r OK
Congrats Charlie, hope you had an amazing day.
Well still a bit coldy and face sore, but I sucked it up and did the Race for Life, did it in 41 minutes which I was very pleased with, especially as I forgot my inhalor and kept having to slow down to a brisk walk.
Very pleased to have raised £113 for cancer research, was very emotional seeing all the names/ photos on peoples backs and went by myself so felt a bit odd.
Felt a bit nauseus again this morning, but OK now.
I don't think I get EWCM, but never drink enough anyway, if we don't catch this month will give preseed a go I think. I think will be doubly disappointed if BFN for birthdays, but I KNOW IT WILL HAPPEN, we have no reason to think otherwise, just impatient to get started now!
\hoep you all had a pleasant day,

Congratulations on your wedding Charlie! Hope everything went smoothly and that you're enjoying your honeymoon!:happylove
Well CD6 for me tomorrow so CBFM will be asking me to POAS again, so had better go and find my container. Keeping fingers crossed that we catch the eggy this month!
BTW emsbet - Bob is the name that we've given to the imaginary ghost in our classroom who sits next to my chair (so the children don't sit too close) and who is responsible for moving things when I can't find them! The children love him, although I've not let them blame him for their behaviour!:rotfl: Fingers crossed for you!
Only 4 days left of term now (we have to come in on Monday for our last day), and these last two days feel like I've been in for a week already! We have sports day tomorrow morning, and then in the afternoon, the children are putting on Punch and Judy puppet shows
for their parents, using the puppets that it's taken [STRIKE]me[/STRIKE] them 3 weeks to make so far. I will be relieved when tomorrow is over.
This afternoon was manic painting them, and I was stood at the door at home time with a wet cloth in my hand, wiping paint off each face that went by - fingers crossed that Persil Small and Mighty is good at getting the paint out of my top too.
Hoping that AF will have completely gone tomorrow so that Moon and I can DTD. I think we're going to try to BD as much as possible before smiley on CBFM just in case.
Welcome to all the newbies and lurkers,

Just a quick note while I have some free time this evening! Have been reading back for the last hour or so. I totally agree with you all about how annoying it is when people feel they have the right to go on and on and on about when are we going to start a family etc! So frustrating!! We spend half our lives trying not to get pregnant and when we want it to happen it's not that easy!
I'm currently 12 DPO. Temperature still high this morning. My boobs are a bit bigger than usual and I've had this cold for over a week that just won't budge- could they be signs?? Trying not to think of much of it- only time will tell. Might try and test tomorrow? If I were pregnant should the test show anything (at 13 DPO?) or is it still too early?0 -

They could be good signs. You may get a +ve at 13DPO, but if you don't then try again in a day or so.
Good luck, fingers crossed.

Stumbled across this webpage - useful when trying to decide when to do a pregnancy test.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Thanks for your comments Emsbet and Sexymouse. Have had a look at the site. Have a stash of cheap HPT in the cupboard so might as well test them out tomorrow! I'm taking that FMU is the best to use to get any results. Will keep you updated although I think it's wishful thinking on my part as i'm waiting for my appointment for a lap and dye and i'd love it that i wouldn't have to go!!0

Yes FMU is best as it will have the greatest concentration of HcG.
Good luck

Sound like signs alright! I'd like to point out that although I had loads of signs like that the month I was pg, like sore boobs, indigestion, dizziness when exercising, I also got v similar symptoms on 2 other months when I wasn't pg so try not to get your hopes up too much. Your body can play really cruel tricks on you sometimes.
When I got my BFP, I got nothing on the cheapie tests at 14DPO, then bought Clearblue and it came up positive within a minute which was v quick (and it wasn't even first morning urine). However, your period should be due at 14DPO so to save yourself the money and the possible disappointment of seeing a negative followed by AF turning up a few hours later, I'd wait until you are actually one day late before testing.
All the best, hope you get your BFP!Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

I'm not quite sure what set me off but I've been on a bit of a downer this evening.
I think I got a bit ahead of myself thinking that the Metformin had regulated my cycles and that this month would be closer to a normal 28 day cycle. I know 34 is still not that long (and a huge improvement on 8 months lol) but it's now a day longer than my last cycle. I know this sounds odd on a TTC thread but I just want AF to arrive.
Then as I was down I let my mind wander and started feeling carp thinking that we could be trying for a long time (sorry if this is insensitive for those that have been trying for a long time - I know I haven't but I expect to be). Then feeling even worse that Hubby already has two children with two different women (both completely unplanned) and that now that he's actually trying to have a planned baby it's not working - or to be more precise I'm not working.
I know I sound really selfish but I'm just feeling really naff right now.0
