    It's getting WORSE!!!!!
I'm getting real blood, almost like AF with tiny clots. I'm dying!!!!!!!
It's 22:13 here in Singapore. Do you think I should go to 24hr walk in clinic? Could it be kidney stones?

I can't believe it could get this bad in few hours. Better wear some towels.

OK, that's a cause for concern. Get yourself to the clinic or A&E now.

It could be either, both are very painful. Or it could be something else, but only they can confirm it and help you out.

My Manager suffered from repeated UTI's at one point, it just wouldn't shift and it was absolute agony for her.

Silly question babes but could it be AF? You only had spotting before and not real red flow.
I would say that its your period if it has clots.

OK TMI TIME and I mean REAL tmi don't read ahead if squeamish:

To tell where it is coming from pop a clean finger up your vagina - if this has any evidence of blood or pinkie on it you know then it's not from your bladder :)

I fell down on a travelator few hours ago, left foot slipped on something slippery, and made me almost do a split. Could it have ripped something inside me? I'm not very flexible.

I've been to the loo again just now, the blood is definitely coming from the pee end, nowhere else. The pee is still pink.

    Aaarrrrghhhh!!!!!

24hr walk in clinic is also called A&E. I've been there once, my fertility specialist is also from the same hospital. It's not the nearest, but about 15mins by bus, 10mins by taxi.

I'll see how it goes in the next hour or so and see. I don't want to go there with just an UTI:o Kidney stones would be better.

Definitely go to the 24hr clinic. Even if it's just a UTI there can be complications which should be dealt with quickly if the symptoms are bad, and it sounds like yours are. Here are some ways to help in the short term as well:

*Increase fluid intake may work by washing out organisms in the tract, making it more difficult for pathogens to adhere or stay in close proximity to human cells.

*Do not delay in emptying the bladder (urination): has the same effects of increased fluid intake and helps the bladder reduce the number of pathogens that may reach the bladder

*Eating cranberries or blueberries or drinking their unsweetened juice: These berries contain antioxidants that may help the immune system, and some investigators suggest they contain compounds that reach the urine and reduce adherence of pathogens to human cells.

*Eating pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain that has anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce UTI symptoms.

*Vitamin C may function to increase urine acidity to reduce bacterial growth.

    :(! ((hugs))
    *Saving for deposit: £9,000/£30,000*
*Weight lost: 13/34lbs from June 2011*
    *TTC #1 March 2011*

But you won't know if it's kidney stones, UTI or a tear from your fall unless you go sweetie.

I know how you feel. I often put off going to the doctor cos I don't want to waste their time if it turns out to be nothing. But....as OH always reminds me, you won't know if it's nothing or something unless you go.

It is, of course, entirely up to you though.

Good idea, will do that now. I've put Preseed in there before, so it's not an unknown territory:p

Imagine going to A&E with AF at my age:rotfl:

You know what it's not mega late at night. And if you did hurt yourself you may have damaged something. If it's deffo pee pee hole and its clots the I personally would get myself in. If it was just a tiny bit of spotting I wouldn't worry. But if its as heavy as you say with clots then go in now. Best to be safe that sorry tbh. And you will only be up all night worrying about it!Keep us posted. x

I know! Thats what I wanted to save you! LOL:rotfl: Your charts don't show real bleeding for ages so it may be a real AF! That would be embarrassing if it was :D
I sometimes get I need to go again pressure with the first few days of AF.

No, it had what I'd call creamy cm:( Not even a tinge of pink.
My towel had red spot on it about the size of 50p coin. Just like beginning of AF, but a lot higher up.

When I wiped, there were definitely some clots. Not much though, not like AF, but I didn't know clots could come out of such a tiny hole:huh:

Let me think, I fell slightly before 1pm. I was perfectly fine until 8pm when I went to the loo and realised all is not well, finished peeing but still felt the urge. It's 22:39 now.

Where abouts is the pain does it feel similar to AF?
    Is it really bad?
How does it feel? Is it crampy or something else?
Did it sting when you peed?
