Evening all,

Had another eggie on the CBFM this morning so Moon and I are going to DTD again. I've been non-stop all day again - didn't get home til 8.45pm as had staff meeting after school, supermarket to get a couple of bits I forgot, then straight to a friend's house to babysit her two boys. I was starving when I got in, but at least I got some marking done whilst I was babysitting.

My back is still hurting, so I've had to take some more paracetamol tonight. No amount of stretching etc seems to be helping, and I've found it gets worse in the evenings. Fingers crossed that it goes soon, as I'm fed up with it now. Even sitting still hurts! Sorry for the woe is me attitude.

    Hugs to all,

    Hi SM,

When I was suffering with a bad back, I found that going for a long walk always helped. Initially it feels like completely the wrong thing to do, but it really did help me in the short term. In the long term, physio and exercise helped remove the problem.

HOWEVER, please note that I did go through a series of tests which determined that my pain was all due to poor posture. So I would still speak to the doc to rule out anything more serious first.

((HUGS)) back pain IS miserable, so I completely understand.

((HUGS)) or Chocolate! (:D) for Emsbet, QQ, BZ, Gemma and everyone else who needs them (I'm still catching up).

PMA for you all......oh, I'm gonna sing a silly song

'The sun has got his hat on, hip, hip, hip, hooray, the sun has got his hat on and he's coming out to play!' lol. And, if the sun has NOT got his hat on where you are, then I suggest you go outside and shake your fist at it, until it complies!

AND, of course, if this month is not your month, then you will have a better chance of having a spring baby, and won't have to deal with 30 degree heat and being heavily preggers.

And a little joke for you all:

Two bored casino dealers are waiting at the crap table. A very
attractive blonde woman arrived and bet twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) on a single roll of the dice. She said, "I hope you don't mind, but I feel much luckier when I'm completely nude."

With that, she stripped from the neck down, rolled the dice and yelled, "Come on, baby, Mama needs new clothes!" As the dice came to a stop she jumped up and down and squealed... "YES! YES! I WON, I WON!" She hugged each of the dealers and then picked up her winnings and her clothes and quickly
    departed...

The dealers stared at each other dumbfounded. Finally, one of them asked, "What did she roll?" The other answered, "I don't know - I thought you were watching."

An oldie, but a goodie. :D

Cheers QQ. Cramps suck, but otherwise OK. Had appraisal this morning, which went well, the tooth/gum/jaw (God knows!) infection seems to be clearing up very well (so pain gone) and am off to UK on Thursday to visit with ALL of the family, so can't complain. :)

Hi QQ, the spotting has gone, not sure if it was something to do with the BD we had last night as I noticed it first a bit then...

Could be. BD action on Sun morning seemed to induce spotting for me this month (it wasn't rough BD though, just that I was due on anyway).

Ahhh, don't worry about it. If you act like a nut nut for long enough, people accept it as normal. :rotfl:

My colleague's OH is being very mean. He works as a freelance photographer, so is out in the sun this afternoon with his sister and just decided to send her a pic of the lovely time he was having. G!t!:p:rotfl:

sometimes you get what is called "breakthrough bleeding" which is when the hormones in your body that cause AF are still around and cause a small amount of bleeding. I think :p;)
