    Firstly: CONGRATULATIONS! :D
Secondly: ringing the docs would be a good plan. ;) The receptionists'll either tell you to see the midwife straight off (rather than see doc first) or see doc first and he'll refer you through. You're unlikely to see the midwife til you're somewhere around 10 weeks from what I gather. :)
Thirdly: SSing is symptom spotting ;)
Fourthly: there's a thread on here for newly pregnant ladies (less than 12wks thread I think it's called) if you wanted to join them for moral support and they could probably answer a few more questions about what happens next (tho they tend to pop back and lurk etc too ;))
    Fifthly: CONGRATULATIONS again :D

Lol - will ring the docs today (to be honest I'm looking forward to feeling and looking pg but dreading all of the medical seeing doctors etc bit! Not sure why - just never been keen on going and end up feeling like a little girl - silly I know!)

Oh - thanks for the 'ss' - doh!! Erm - I've got funny crampy feelings in my tummy - a bit like what I'd imagine normal period cramp to be (never had it - lucky me!) and have felt a bit sickly for the last couple of weeks (not actually been sick) but that's all! Hoping I don't get morning sickness - I have a 40 min Metro journey to and from work every day so that wouldn't be pleasant!

Oooh - will have a nosey at the less than 12 weeks thread (although I quite like it here!!) ;)

    Thanks again everyone :) xx

    Morning all,

Hope everyone is feeling good today and the sun is shining where you are.

Nothing much to report here - CD4 and PMA is low. Another two people I know (one from work and one friend) have announced they are pregnant and it's just made me feel a bit sad and I can't help thinking it should be me :(. The fact that BIL and his wife are going through such a tough time at the moment makes me feel like such a selfish cowbag as I have no right to be upset and should think myself lucky. So that's making me feel more blue. :(.

Meh! Oh well I guess once this month starts moving along properly I will start to feel better. Need to try keep up the PMA.

    Sorry for moaning - again!

    xx

    Morning all!

    CONGRATS TO NORTHERN GIRLIE!!!

Remember me saying that we wouldn't get to BD all weekend? Sods law I think I had EWCM on Fri and Sat. Luckily I did manage to get home early enough yesterday to get a quick one in so all may not be lost!!!

I'm CONVINCED I can smell cigarette smoke all the time, even though no-one is smoking!! I could even smell it when I was laid in bed last night!!! I thought it must be in my hair from being around people smoking at the weekend but I've given my hair a good shiff and its not!

And, my hair is greasy and I have spots......not impressed!!!

QQ - Can I say 8 BFPs for this month please

Congratulations NorthernGirlie! ANd anyone else I might have missed (so far behind). AND, anyone who went over to GG's forum and may have gotten a BFP by now.

    Hope you're all well.

    Congratulations on the BFP!!!

I started using the OPK and I think on yesterday's there may have been a light pink line showing. On the packet it says this is a negative as it is not as dark as the control line but does this mean that OV is imminent? I forgot to bring one today so will stop drinking about 4.30 and do one at 7.30 when I get in this evening!

It's not positive until you get a line as dark or darker than the control. Once you get that ov can be expected in the following 24/48 hours (I think). Keep using them and hopefully they will get darker soon! :)
