hi all, i'm back now everyone's being happy and nice again! :D
    Glad you are back:wave:
I just burst into tears!! I was properly hysterical for about 10 mins, and he had no idea why...poor him :o Once I managed to tell him, it was ok and he gave me a big cuddle and we chatted about it etc, but I think we were both quite shocked at my reaction.
    (((hugs))):o
Anyhoo, I'm ok now! :D Been a bit out of sorts all day but went for a jacuzzi and steam room at the gym this evening and feel more relaxed now :) (I remembered whilst in the jacuzzi that you're not supposed to do that sort of thing whilst TTC, but ho hum)
Glad you had a good chat and relaxing time:o
Good idea to do all those jacuzzi etc while you can:cool:
In terms of exercise-doing and weight-loss, how is everyone else doing? (I know a few people said they needed/wanted to lose weight or improve their health & fitness).
I'm back to my pre-IVF weight, lost over 6lbs:j

A friend of mine tried for 3 years to get pregnant, and when she went for further investigations (the put some blue dye through her system or something) she is convinced that cleared a blockage or something in her tube, as she conceived the next month.
Mum had trouble conceiving her 2nd baby (me:p) after her mc for 4 years, had her tubes cleared, and conceived the following month:cool:
Anyway, it doesnt hurt to know any of this, especially as I genuinely have a feeling I will have problems conceiving now.
Lose that feeling right now:naughty: PMA:j

I've given up smoking (1 month, 1 week and 1 day! wooo!) and I've completely cut out caffeine, so now I am ready to diet.
    Well done:T
DH and I had unprotected sex on 28th May (too much booze after the champions league final!) we are usually so careful to use a condom. I am pretty sure I ovulated sometime around then (Last AF 12th May, usually 30-35 day cycle). Last Sunday (about 7dpo ish) I had strange pains like AF cramps but really dull, went on most of the evening,I never get cramps only on the day on my period, maybe the odd twinge beforehand but nothing continuous like that.

I just don't feel 'right'. Felt a bit nauseous when eating breakfast yesterday and today, i'm sure it is waaaaay too early to be getting these symptoms if I was pregnant and it is probably some kind of bug. I took an early response test tonight and got a -ve, by my calculations its about 9dpo now, am I way to early? Sorry I am a bit clueless! Thanks for any help you can give.
You should test at 14DPO. Some get -ve at 13DPO;)
Implantation occurs at around 7-10dpo, so symptoms may start now, but it takes a couple of days for the hcg hormones to reach your pee.
Perhaps test again in a few days time?
Make sure you test with FMU (first morning urine), and good luck:)

Welcome to NoraB and any other newbies I've missed

:T Congratulations! :T to Northern78? and any other BFPs I've missed

:( to the pants/not as good as you hoped test results (can't remember the specifics now, sorry, but I think fannyanna was one of them - but as it's only supposed to be done 7DPO I'd think you were (unfortunately) being optimistic having it done on CD21 after a 7/8month cycle - I have had something like 3 cycles in 6months and I wouldn't bank on doing a 7DPO test at CD21...anyway, my point is, try not to be too discouraged by this one test - not many women have the "average/normal" 28day cycle, with ov on CD14, as the ladies on here will attest to)

:j to the good news from the fertility people twigpig - all the best for the rest of your pregnancy :)

BB I've lost 1.5st now :) Need to lose more, for the same reasons you mentioned, especially with PCOS too, but with the gall bladder and waterworks tests etc going on atm it's kinda gone on the back burner. But at least I've managed to keep it off whilst being self-indulgent ;)

Can't remember anything else... to everyone else :)

Think I might lurk for a bit

You mean you can get symptoms this early? I had no idea!
Toothfairy, you CAN get symptoms very early indeed. Not everyone does, but it happens.
I started to get symptoms at 4DPO (and past BD!). Ultra tired and nauseous, a bit emotional, a HUGE blind spot by my mouth and slightly dizzy. Managed to get a super faint TLP on a cheapie at +11, +12, +13DPO and then a proper 1-2 weeks BFP on a digi on +14.

Morning all, just popping in to say hello so you don't think I've gone walkies lol!! Nothing much to report on the TTC front!

I see you've all be discussing weight loss. I am now (back) at my target weight, I initially lost the weight on the rosemary conely diet andhave now got back to target by doing slimming world. I'd recommend either of these to anyone. I've also done ww and some of the online calorie counting ones and the one bit of advice I'd give is.......they all work if you stick to the rules!!!

Thanks - me too :j but its supposed to change and say "I’m a tiger, I eat, I sleep, I roar, I hunt, I climb, I wash" like this Im not sure why it doesnt change :(

And on the subject of neat little bumps, with my first I was a whale and put on over 5 stone (not sure how as couldnt eat anything for the first 5-6 months) I was HUGE  and wearing 22-24 trousers that were cut down the sides of the waist so I could get them on :o
Some poor man made the mistake of stopping right in front of me with his little girl and saying "look that lady's having twins !" when I still had 6 weeks left to go  which i promptly replied "NO IM BLOODY NOT" and spent the rest of the afternoon in tears :rotfl:

So im REALLY hoping for a nice neat little bump this time :D

That really made me chuckle - although I appreciate at the time it would not have been funny at all. Personally I would have drop kicked him (if I could get my leg high enough :D).
