So after my good start feeling upbeat today it's kinda gone a bit downhill! I've just been out to lunch with DH and while we were there my tummy started feeling really funny and I had to run to the loo (sorry, definitely TMI! :o). I've got back to the office and I feel nauseous and light headed and my tummy hurts! Really hope I haven't caught a bug. :(

Also, I get the bit about taking the temp as soon as you wake up. Problem is we have a 5 month old puppy that is currently waking us up bank on 5am every morning needing a wee. Should I temp then or after I've nodded back off and wake up for 6.30am?

Let us know if you prefer fahrenheit or celcius, we popped a couple of different links up a day or so ago. I think both were for Amazon ....

Agree with QQ too about doing it at 5am, before you even get out of bed. Hubby wakes me for a hug before he goes off to work, so I always then and go back to sleep. It does mean that I set an alarm for 6am on weekends for consitency :rotfl:

Mrsvicx - I really hope it's your month, this month as it must be a hard choice for you both to slow down. Sending extra baby dusy to Mrsvicx ! :)
    Wot she said ;)
Hope you feel better soon. If it tastes so bad, it must be doing some good. Example, cauliflower - yucky, chocolate cake - yummy :D

BB - Don't think that I missed that you posted about cake again :p

A quick question for you knowledgable Gals ... Basal thermometer, any amazon/ebay recommendations?
I'm a fahrenheit kinda gal, and got mine with extra HPTs and OPKs included.

QQ Could we put a link to one of each on the first page? Seems to be a veeeery common question...:)

I'm not sure whether to take a step back from this thread or not tbh. I guess it's AF hormones messing about with me, but I'm struggling atm :o Every time I go on Fb someone seems to have either just had a kid, or going on about how pregnant they are (which I know is not their fault either), or be moaning about how hard/annoying/whatever their baby is (which gets me the most :()... A lady (also not your fault! and can't remember your username either, I'm not deliberately trying to be vague) has joined on here recently who got married the day before me, has a baby now and is TTC again - it's not jealousy, cos I'm genuinely pleased for you - it's just that I also want to be genuinely pleased for me too :o I can't help but think "you've got the life I wanted" :(

again, just to be clear, please don't be put off being here or anything, it's genuinely not a pop

((hugs)) Sorry that you are feeling down. Only you can decide if you need to take a break from the thread but know that if you stick around we are ALL here for you. It's only human to feel jealous and envious of others when they have what you want, try not to be so hard on yourself.
    Hope you feel better soon.

I know what you mean about FB - everytime I log on someone has just had a baby or announcing they are expecting! I make it worse for myself because I can't stop myself looking at the pictures! I'm like you the one that gets to me the most is people who moan about there kids! It makes me cross because I would give anything to have what they have and they are moaning and b*tching about it! I know that it must be hard being a parent and dealing with kids when they are naughty but some people seem to moan about it all the time and don't seem to appreciate what they have but the same can be said about all of us at one time or another. :o
