    There you go.
I did suffer from really greasy hair when I first came off the pill but it seems to have gotten better but that might be down to the fact that I dyed my hair a couple of weeks ago! :o

    Thank you! Silly rules!!

My hair is already highlighted and feels really lank and horrible. I am hoping it will just get better. My skin is also getting a little bit spotty on my forehead but am being very good and have now got my skincare routine :T

I found my skin actually got better when I came off the pill- I must be one of those odd people that the pill has the opposite effect on and makes my skin worse rather than better- that would be typical of me! :D Having said that I have had a bit of a break out in the last few days! :o

Have you tried using a dry shampoo such as Batiste so that you don't have to wash your hair everyday as doing so can often make the situation worse as if encourages your scalp to produce more oil. I use Batiste every other day and my hair looks better.

we got DH's SA results back today-basically they are fantastic.

So there it is, totally fine. I'm 70% over the moon and 30% upset as of course i'm thinking well it's not him so they issue must lie with me. I just feel like a horrible person thinking that.
Hugs hun. Good news about DH but I can see what u mean about now feeling bad...but remember u r in this together..its noones fault. Hope u get good news on the bloods & a bfp is jst around the corner.

Feeling a bit down and REALLY hope that I am pregnant this month. We decided that if I'm not pregnant this month, we should probably stop trying for a few months.
This is such a tough decision. I wouldn't wanna stop trying but then I wouldn't wanna struggle financially either. Guess it depends what liklihood of getting another job is. Hope u can both agree either way. xxx

Well after my little rant this morning we got DH's SA results back today-basically they are fantastic. We were worried as we were told that some men don't produce a good sample 1st time as they are nervous but he passed with flying colours.
Volume (should be between 1-6ml) DH=4
    Viscocity=normal
Total (should be greater than15m/ml) DH=89
Motility (should be greater than 32%) DH=64%
Morphology (should be greater than 4%) DH=5
    Comments: Normal sample

So 21 day bloods tomorrow (may as well move into the Drs) so will just have to see what that brings.

Hugs & SBD to all x
Firstly: :j for hubbys results. Glad you finally got an answer too :D
Secondly: I can understand how you feel. I already blame myself every CD1 :(

    Added you :)
I have fatigue all the time with the ME so I can't help you with that one. Skin and hair did get greasier though. Emsbet is right though, washing it all the time can create a self-perpetuating cycle.

    Good morning:wave:

The tea Chinese medicine gave us is making us feel ill:(

We take one in the morning with breakfast which is fine, but the second one is to be taken on empty stomach, and we tried it before dinner, but that made us feel ill, and eating dinner afterwards was too hard.

So we decided to take it before sleeping. But because it tastes so foul, we dissolved it into as smallest amount of water possible and drank it. I think it was too strong hence feeling ill.

Tonight, we'll try drinking more water with it to weaken it:o

Am considering getting a CBFM as my friend said today that she fell pregnant the first time she used hers, after a few months of trying without. Can anyone recommend somewhere that isn't too expensive, as I've seen they can be around £60+?
Apart from ebay, I've seem people say they saw CBFM sold at £20 at bigger branches of Superdrug. Never seem one myself though.

Online, Amazon sells it for £57.44:o

Yes please q for the test list on Saturday .... there, I've probably jinxed it now :(
don't feel any different though, definitely don't feel pregnant, so not holding out much hope of even reaching Saturday!
There's no jinxing on this board:cool:
To some, no symptoms was the symptom of pg:o

CD19 (6DPO) I have sore tender nipples and have been having very mild cramps and twinges on and off since Saturday (had really sharp pain Saturday evening for about an hour, other times more like dull cramps). Knowing my luck my 35 day cycle of last month has turned into a 25 day cycle this month! :( I had cramps on and off for a week before AF showed up last month so I'm not feeling very positive. :(
Get your PMA up!:j It is a known fact that how relaxed you are on your 2ww affecting implantation:cool:

Morphology is on the lower side, (some want it more than 15%, but his count makes up for it), but it looks fine:)

Male infertility is harder to cure (and takes longer) so it's good that he's fine. It can affect his ego, so now that he knows he has super swimmers, you'll have no problems BDing etc

My DH's morphology is 1%, motility 22%, volume 2.1, concentration 34mil. Comments asthenoteratozoospermia.
His ego deflated, and he gave up the idea of having babies at one point (not now though):o

I really don't want to, and my heart says just do it anyway and deal with the consequences afterwards, but I've wanted a baby for so long now, I want to be able to enjoy it when it happens.
Perhaps you could stop 'trying' for a while, and stop counting CDs and ov and try the not trying approach? If you get pg, then it's fate sort of thing?

Had ov pains today though (not for the first time this cycle!) and a big temp dip so maybe I've ov'd today. Can't BD though as DH seems to have thrush :( Going to doc tomoro though. We did BD last on sat morning so maybe we won't have lost the chance.

Went to gym today...however I did eat a lot of cake today too....! :D
    Well done on the gym:T
    Hope you caught the eggy:o
