Au contraire, it's usually the case that if I don't know what it is, neither do they!! :rotfl:Sounds like you've got yourself a good doctor! Whenever I go see mine (for anything) after I have descirbed my symptoms she always asks me "so what do you think it is?" - well duh! If I knew that I wouldn't be here! :rotfl:
The OOH doc asked which antibiotic I wanted, and today my GP asked if I wanted this antibiotic or another :rotfl: She keeps saying "is that ok?" at the end of every suggestion she makes! :rotfl:"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

I think mine is quite a new doctor but it still bothers me a little. One time she diagnosed me with having something but she clearly couldn't remember the name so just said "oh you've got something that causes this!" :rotfl:When my DH went with shingles she had to look it up in a book even though his mum had diagnosed it over then phone!

Fannyanna, sounds like you have a good GP!
I have to move to a new surgery as I moved when I shacked up with DH and just kept going to my old GP
It was on the way to work so really convenient albeit 15 minutes away. Fingers crossed I get another good GP this time around.
SBD and hugs all round!
