That's exactly what I do!! And I know it makes it worse because then your so tense trying to swallow the blooming thing! And if they are tablets without coating they start disolving and taste disgusting :D

What are we like! Maybe some other people will have tips for us! :p

    Fingers crossed! :p

I only buy the sugar coated ones otherwise I know they are not going down! :o

I used to have huge problems swallowing tablets when I was younger, I remember my mum splitting tablets in half for me as I couldn't swallow them whole. I'm fine with them now though, I think I just grew out of it.

I've recently started taking fish oil capsules and they're enormous, literally an inch long! I usually get Boots own brand vits and supplements cos of the 3 for 2 (well, that and I work for Boots so I get staff discount...:)) and theirs always seem massive. At least the fish oil capsules don't stick in your throat when you try and swallow them.

Well I've been feeling pretty miserable and stupidly emotional the last few days :(
    (((Hugs)))
I'm 8DPO (if I did actually ovulate and didn't just have a surge) and I'm trying to work out whether the senstions (slight cramps but not enough to call pains) are anything baby related or completely in my head.
    Could be, fingers crossed:)

One can implant from 5DPO, so you must be one of them:cool:

hugs to all that af has got. i was not to fussed to see mine, I have a hen night next week so no need to make up excuses for not drinking and no chance of feeling sick for the wedding which we have been talking about for over a year so don't want anything to spoil it! plus we got a new sofa today which we had to pick up a sofa so no worrying about lifting etc.

plus i am now getting to enjoy a rather yummy raspberry beer!
    Great PMA!:j

~ Is it possible that you can still ov without having periods?
You can, but you'll probably have AF or get pg after you ov. Don't think one could ov and have no AF.
~ Does anybody know if there is anything I can take (without waiting a year and going to doctors) that I can take to give my cycle a kick start?
    Some take agnus castus.
Also doing some exercises (sit ups) and BD can bring on AF:D
I'm going to start sniffing penises just in case that helps though.

Well, I'm CD11 and still no line on an OPK, not even a teeny faint one! However, today I've had a weird stabbing pain in my abdomen, about level with the point of my hip bone but slightly further round towards my belly button. Is that where your ovaries are? Is it possible to OV but not get a line on an OPK?
That's where your ovaries are I think. It is possible to ov without +opk. Good luck:j

((hugs)) fannyanna. It's the uncertainty that's the worst isn't it?!
I'm feeling a tad fed up myself, still no AF and still a BFN when I tested today :(. I was on the pill (microgynon) for 10+ years. I stopped taking it near the end of last month. AF arrived 31st (CD 31 - thanks for keeping track QQ ;) ) - which was most likely the usual withdrawal bleed (although it was heavier and longer than usual). I have no idea if I even ov. I guess all I can do is wait. :o

    A couple of questions:
~ Did any of you ladies take the pill for a long while? If so how long did it take for you to start having regular(ish) cycles?
~ Is it possible that you can still ov without having periods?
~ Does anybody know if there is anything I can take (without waiting a year and going to doctors) that I can take to give my cycle a kick start?

I know it's still early days but I don't want to sit around and wait and see - it's not me, I need to be proactive and do something.

    Sorry for going on :o

    xx

I multi quoted before reading everyones reply ... It took me 9 cycles to regulate (about 8 months) They were ranging from 24 days to 31 days sometimes short AF with long break and sometimes long AF with hardly no break. I wish I would have known about the regulating supplements I could of taken. Good Luck TTC ... I have found waiting the hardest but since joining this thread I have definately chilled out a bit.

    Morning Ladies,

Another bright and sunny day here - CD16 and hpk wasn't very promising ... The line is very faint again but fainter than yesterday - but after reading another post some people don't get full lines and still get pregnant :T Anyway still Bd'ing every other night so we shall see ... I am either waiting for some tell tell signs of ov or a long 2ww for AF ...

Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend (for those of us off work!)

    Morning ladies.

Not the most pleasant of subjects but can someone explain CM to me please.

I understand that around ovulation it's the egg white type CM. Well what other version should you expect and what do they signify.

For example is there a typical CM for early pregnancy or something tp show you're about to get your period?

morning! Loving the fact its a 4 day weekend tho I am in on some overtime for a bit tomorrow morning :(

saw all the royal jelly questions - unfortunately they are rather large! However they come in plastic capsules and I'm guessing you could pull them apart and sprinkle in water and drink.

i've now been taking them a month and I'm going to up my dose today. I have found they have helped my hayfever alot, reduced my PMT, hubby even commented on how nice I've been to him this month and (which as far as I am concerned is the biggest bonus ever!!!) my af cramps are no where near as painful this month as they have been the last few. Normally when I get AF i feel like i can barely function and what to lock myself away however this month i don't. Still have cramps but not as bad, generally only needing paracetamol in the morning and thats it.

Fingers crossed they are having a positive effect on my eggies although they take a couple of months to effect them.

    There's some details hre:http://www.fertilinet.com/Cervical%20Fluid%20and%20Fertility.htm

If you want to see a pic of ewcm, just google ewcm in images:D

As for pg cm, some say it was ewcm, watery and feels like they've wet themselves or had AF:o But it differs from person to person:)

Really? Perhaps I should give it to my sister:p
  • How many days should it take between testing for a TLP/VFP to then get a BFP?
Should the 2nd line be as dark as the 1st line?
I'm testing 6weeks after mc, I'm sure I've had a neg since mc. Worried the light/medium lines I'm seeing now are leftover hormones.
Should I keep testing till I get a dark line?

Are you saying you got a negative hpt after the mc, but now the line appeared? Is it the same brand of tests?
    You could be pg!:j
