Well it probably is overpriced as the market is definately on the down no matter what all this guff so called experts are spouting.
Well that and the fact it is probably directly under the flight path of Stanstead airport. :rotfl:0 -
I didn't think about the second runway been canceled, that could be a valid point. But you can still get a similar house for about the same price further from the airport.Cannon_Fodder wrote: »Perhaps it was thought to have lost value when originally marketed, due to the impending Stansted 2nd runway.
Now that the 2nd runway is on hold/cancelled, that lost value is being re-added..?
Lovely house. Move it 20-30 miles from Stansted...0 -

Well if you're happy with that put an offer in well under the asking price.

I would have been happy to negotiate around there original price but after adding another £25k on then it brings other houses in to play. I'll see how it does on the market for a while.shortchanged wrote: »Well if you're happy with that put an offer in well under the asking price.

Lovely house! No idea about price, but that seems a bit bizzare putting it up? Perhaps they had an asking price offer first time and thought they'd put it on too low?0
