OH has been for his interview and it went well but it would be a 10k drop with no healthcare or bonus of 50% which he gets now so its a no go but he did make a contact there who is keeping his name for future vacancies.
£1.67 has cleared in TCB account which I've stuck in the ISA.
the above is a quote from me from the 18th May.."Mr Blue" got a call today asking him to come for an interview for a job that has just come up. It's a few k short of his salary but the manager said that he would try to get him more so they could match what he's on now. It pays to be sociable ! They said he stood out last time. It's for a worldwide company he use to work for so he knows whats what there. We are very pleased.
Exciting Grateful but I just want to move now! It's going on too long! lolI can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Ha ha, as we suspected, the universe has plans for Mr Blue :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Hi Iris,
Being friendly makes such a difference, hopefully it goes through and he gets the job

Well thankfully OH has been paid. It's been a tight month and I had to move money around a lot more than usual but that's because of spending too much. Everything's now straight and whatever I've bought on the CC has been paid off in full. I've also stayed out of the overdraft...something that I promised myself that I would do after living in it for the last 5 years or so when we had debts.
Yesterday, I try to avoid taking money out of the bank for DS's artpack from school £14 so I even changed over some spare change I had in the bottom of my bag , all 2's and 1's and manage to scrape it all together.
I also took back some shoes that I bought last year, that one of the boys has had in his wardrobe for work that he desperately needed at the time...still unworn * rolls eyes* and exchanged for another son who had a hole in his shoe ( bad bad mother! ) The lengths I go to! I wouldn't mind but they were from wynsors anyway :rotfl:
In all that, I've only managed one itsy bitsy OP of £60 this month but whatever I pay off towards the mortgage now goes to solictitors / EA fees anyway as the deposit is sorted from the equity so I'm not bothered about that too much. Can someone please pray that today we hear from the solicitors about a moving date!!!! Getting very fed up with it all now and feel like I'm on a permanent roller coaster. My life's on hold just waiting to go.

I sympathise with you all. I've moved house 7 times due to DH's job
I fully appreciate what you're going through. This is why statistics show it's right up there with bereavement and divorce for stressfulness.
Keep calm, breathe deeply, it will all be worth it in the end.0 -
Well no house news! Wow Aunt Mabel I don't think I'd even want to try to beat your score lol
Music Mag cheque is on its way to us now £11.49 ..my money making totals this month are £179.72 which I think for ebay sales / cashback and surveys is excellent.:j:j:j on the other hand the spends are big ..so not so good.
I've done a bit of buying today but all in the aim to make a little bit more money or at least get whqt I've bought for us for free...we'll see how it goes.
I'm really annoyed for Mr B as he is off sick at the moment and work has phoned him saying if he doesn't get a sick note for Monday he won't get paid. His boss had his s/n in his hand as he phoned him. ..strange that as it doesn't run out for another 2 weeks , we've even checked with the G.P! All this added stress doesn't help him. His boss is a total beep!I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
I'm not logging on and catching up at the moment as I seem so busy plus the weather is absolutely gorgeous and who wants to be stuck indoors!
I've been selling some stuff on ebay for myself and my oldest and had a bit of trouble there. Someone expected me to post something for £5 when it was costing £9.73 to post. I charged £9.99 ..and all this was after the auction end! He didn't realise my postage was so high and apparently others are posting for £5. Well more fool them hey!
The mortgage amount of £601 has come out today so I will update month end figures tomorrow.
We got DTD back in Mr T's for a finest meal we bought the other day , the meal tasted fab because it was free! :j but I think customer services knew about this and hadn't fixed it yet. How many people bought the deal and walked out of the store not checking their bill?! Shame on you Mr T!
I complained to Mr T about 1000 worth or points I should have got in Mays statement from 3 internet shops in January. Anyway I don't know what has happened but it didn't go on and I was made to feel like a criminal for asking and even had to provide proof of Januarys email. Lucky I kept it :money:. I've ended up with a £10 voucher which is better than nothing but I have lost out slightly there as I always get voucher deals. How many people would not check this though? It annoys me.
I've claimed a £10 Voucher from Tolunnnna.:j
:eek:I think I've been banned from 1 poll for complaining about the not getting referral fees.I was very nice too but I've had no surveys for ages so I think I must be.:(
Baby blue is keeping me busy and not only is he now "traditionally crawling" instead of the dragging crawl on his elbows but he's now standing up and walking along the settee..at just 8 months.
OH's interview is this afternoon too. Fingers crossed:cool:
and that's it...I think.
