My complaint about Tesco delivery is, they sub items which arent even the same, i ordered toilets blocks and they sub with toilet rim cleaner?! I ordered milkybar chocolate, they sub with special K cereal Bars?! And they pack potatoes on top of my bread! I dont mean to sound harsh, but alot of the pickers/packers are teenagers who havent got a clue..0

Just recieved my first online order today, i am quite satisfied with what the order, and the on time delivery.
No substitution. The only downside is i bought three packs of active youghurts and they end on the 28th of feburary. I might be able to get through these one day, i'm sure eating it one or two days after sell by date won't hurt either.0 -
I've tried ASDA, Iceland (when they did home delivery via Internet order),Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose.
Best: Waitrose - on time, polite, 99% of items ordered
Next best: Iceland -very friendly, 99% of items ordered
Average - Sainsburys, ASDA - sometimes late, occasional problem, order not filled
Bad - Tesco - shopping left in van, late, items missing, unwanted subs, incorrect prices, hanging around front door (waiting for tip ???), up to half order not filled0
