13 or LOCK13 on your display means that your radio is now completely locked and can only be unlocked by your Main Ford Dealer or a Decoding Service
(or throw it away and buy another radio )

note : 6811 is the correct code for Serial Number M740921

Perhaps this is not the correct Serial Number . This will be found on a label on the radio casing
