VOLVO do not make radios ...but affix their badge onto radios made by the big radio manufacturers (ALPINE, PHILIPS etc)...so I require the MAKE + MODEL NUMBER of your radio.

So....Please quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on any labels , barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

Make sure that this Serial Number is correct....ie ...it is the one on the radio casing label and NOT the one with the car`s paperwork.

Alternatives are 2 pieces of bent , wire coathanger or 4 x small drills(use the blunt ends) or 4 x small Allen Keys or 4 x small screwdrivers or 4 x nails or even 4 x darts.

An assistant is useful to pull the radio out whilst you are releasing the 4 securing clips

I think it's a Phillips (RDS/EON) SC805, the other numbers on the radio are 3533775-1 and s/n: V01590 X527 E046F.

Unfortunately the SC-805 is a MITSUBISHI and these codes are not available for free( using the Serial Number) from anywhere on the Internet.
