It's a Ford Radio/CD player, with a serial number M183790.

If there is a code, do I just put it in and it will enter itself, or do I have to press something? Very new to this whole stuff not working like you want it to business!

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the third digit

To save the code press the [ 5 ] key to accept.
