If you are certain that the M****** number is correct and you are inputting the code using the 1,2,3 and 4 keys and then pressing 5 to enter my only suggestion is to unplug the radio and leave for a day then try again. I have heard of this problem before and I am afraid the diagnosis was terminal :eek:
