    not sure if anyone can help, was given a code for my ford stereo earlier today, i enter the code but when i press the button that stores the code the radio switches itself off, when i then turn it back on it then asks for the code again, have you any idea why this is happening:confused:

    First question is where did you get the serial number from ?

    We need to know where you got the MXXXXXX serial number from. If it was not from the sticker on the radio then it cannot be trusted to be correct.
