The serial number is not there, it will be shown clearly in the format M123456 or V123456.

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

FORD SAM radios are made by Sanyo usually for the Australian market.

This code will only be available from an Australian Ford dealer or taking it into a Decoding Service
