Sorry....your VW code will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Thank you, thank you, thank you Trackman. After waiting 10 mins for the radio to stop saying 7 SAFE, thinking that I may have to wait for hours for it to reset to the code lines (as per other threads on this subject) your code worked straight away. I am soooooo happy. A 3hr drive with children on Saturday is much more appealing now that we can listen to "Mary, Mary, quite contrary..." and all the other great hits on Childrens Fun Time, cassette number 1 of 500,000!! Thank you for your generosity.
