I've been stuck with a locked car radio for months, and have finally managed to get the radio out so I can find the serial number. I would be very grateful if you could provide a code for the radio details below;

Hi, I would be very grateful if someone could help me out. Car has come back from the garage with the dreaded CODE displaying on the radio ! I don't have the code.

Its the 4500 and serial number is M011371.
